I stopped by O'Reilly's because I had a check engine light on, and I knew that they had check engine light testing. I received exemplary service from Paul. He was prompt, came out, checked my car, told me what the diagnosed issue was " severe fuel line leak" and that the most likely cause was a failing seal on gas cap. He helped me choose the right one for my car, sold me the part, and even installed it for me right then and there in the rain. I would highly recommend this store for automotive needs. The staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, and goes above and beyond. Thank you so much Paul!

Stopped in for a couple headlight bulbs and the young lady behind the counter was unbelievably helpful and friendly. She even took the time to install them before I left so I wouldn’t have to worry about getting a ticket on my drive home.

It’s hit or miss. Sometimes you’ll luck out and get a worker that has a clue, and other times, wow… ?. Over half the time they won’t have what you need in stock and you may as well order through rock auto, or try Napa if you need it immediately.

Fabulous visit to the Freeport IL location. This very lovely young lady changed both of my headlights for me!! How wonderful was that??!! This store has the best employees!! They are helpful and generous!! I recommend this store to everyone!!!
