I’m not sure if there’s miscommunication between drivers and dispatchers, but we were always caught in between. Everyone was nice, but we were always told different ETA’s from both people and they were always wrong. The driver was more than an hour late and were rough with our things when loading and unloading. We had a broken lamp, table, entertainment center and are missing items as well. We’ve used movers in the past but it was nothing like this company. I’d recommend looking elsewhere. It’s not worth the headache or the money.

Beware. Most of my furniture was scratched or nicked. Just opened my Christmas stuff and one container had water in it, everything was moldy and ruined. Couch was filthy, Armoire literally went to the trash. Had to buy new furniture. Most of my sentimental stuff I got from my mom and grandmother was ruined and can’t be replaced. If you have nice things expect them to come back filthy and trashed and then you never hear back from anyone.

We had O'Mara move us and they did an amazing job. Very professional and communication was excellent. Put everything where you wanted it and put everything back together. Would highly recommend them for your next move. Their prices were very reasonable too.
