It’s the auto parts store where you talk to someone that actually knows what they’re selling. Good, knowledgeable people that are super easy to work with. I feel the Napa branded parts are of a much better quality than the auto-zone and o’rielley brands, although slightly more expensive. Closed Sundays and after noon Saturdays.

Both of the salesmen were very professional and helpful. The store was laid out very well, and it seems like it was well stocked and clean.

Keep your receipts if you have a warranty on anything even if it’s a year warranty. They keep no records like the other auto parts stores

Drove 20 miles to help a friend who recently moved to Freeport get her car started in below zero temps. We were able to jump start it, but the battery wouldn't hold a charge. It was a Napa Legend Battery, less than a year old. We went to Napa in Freeport to have it tested, it was bad.

I will never return to this Freeport IL. store off of S Burchard ever. Today I took in a 9006 Halogen Headlamp I purchased on April 5 2016 at the NAPA store in Mt Carroll IL. as the original headlight decided to work and I also notice I have 1 of a 2 pack I purchased before in my trunk. The Freeport IL store would not return it and I had the original receipt from the NAPA store with me I would even have paid a restocking fee it need be. The Mgr. said the store receipt did not have enough information on it to return it. While waiting for the salesman to talk to the Mgr. I noticed many rows of items in the store for sale like Sea Foam with no prices on the item or the shelves. Who in their right mind would purchase anything without a price on it? I would attach the NAPA receipt for you to see if I could. Freeport is not customer friendly.
