Constant outages. Most theybdont even tell you about. Kinda work, but slow and customer service is a joke/lacking. Thinking of switching to Starlink. Will get fiber as soon as the option is available.

Last two months lots of internet issues. Every time I call it goes straight to voicemail can’t ever talk to someone when needed. When we first got service was great seemingly because no one else would service in my small town but now it has just went downhill. Not happy for the price paid should have better service and be able to get through to someone to help deal with the issue.

Service keeps Lagging, for upload / download speeds . Technicians say they need put up another antenna, on tower to reach me, but boss says no .

HORRIBLE internet, I have been putting in tickets for my download and speed tests. They finally come out, didn’t fix it and when I put in another ticket he tried to say that I hat he was getting was absolutely fine on his reader. The package I have is supposed to download at 30-50 mbps. I download at about 500kbps. A 4gb game will take me three hours to download when it should take min. It has NEVER downloaded at anywhere close to 30mbps and I am paying 72 dollars a month. Where my cousin who lives in town is paying 119 for 800-1000 mbps… just to put in perspective their prices in comparison to someone else’s. I tried to let them know it wasn’t fixed and I have been left on read.

Constant outages. Even got hung up on twice when trying to call support during an outage. Spoke with Teressa, about 4 seconds into speaking she would hang up. Not sure if this was intentional or a call dropping.They also added a 10 dollar monthly priority support charge without notifying me. They did this after calling during an outage.

We’ve been struggling to find fast reliable internet where I live for years and JCWifi is by far the best solution. 10/10 recommend.

I'm pleasantly happy with JC Wi-Fi. We use multiple devices, Plus use internet for our TV. We hardly ever buffer.We do have a few problems when the weather is bad, but some of that is to be expected. On a scale from 1 to 10 I would definitely give them a 9 to a 9.5.The workers are always polite. And they're always willing to work with you if your payment is going to be late.

the internet speed allows me to work from home with little to no issues logging into my work network. I moved to JC Wifi from Frontier as I kept getting logged out due to speed issues and haven't had the issue since moving. And the price was better!

After trying just about EVERY internet available through the years, we are very happy with JCWIFI. The price is so much cheaper than others we have tried. I WAS concerned with the wind being an issue as it was with Hughes net. But not a problem so far. We are long term customers.

We live in Eleroy and not all providers service our area. I've been in Arizona the past 15 years and being surrounded by mountains it was always so hard to get good service. I am very satisfied with the service I am getting from jcwifi. They are the first service we tried and I am completely satisfied with the customer service we received and the internet connection. I have 2 teenage boys so needless to say we have a LOT of devices hooked up and never seem to have a problem connecting. Yes there have been a few times where we got disconnected but seems like restarting router and giving it five minutes and we're back up and running. Even during freezing rain storm still had no problems. Thank you for your services!
