If I could zero stars I would my son went in for a hair cut and they completely chopped it pushed his hair cut way back and with him being at that age I literally have a son who doesn't want to go to school to be made fun of I had to listen to him cry for a entire day I absolutely will never go back and we go here often they have noted he gets the same thing every time this lady however needs her license took if she can't properly cut so here I am now having to put make up on him I feel so heartbroken for him and his self esteem now he said he will never get a hair cut again so thank you to cost cutters

Another good visit. Not great this time. I have a natural part that I'm trying to minimize. The stylist started cutting my hair to work with the part instead. Corrected her a little too late, and the hair is now too short to lay properly for at least a couple weeks until it grows out. Otherwise, really nice and fun to talk to, like most of the staff.

This one stays open an hour later than the Monroe, Wisconsin and Dubuque, Iowa stores. The lady that cut my hair did a great job and was better than the last lady that did mine in Monroe.

The location in Freeport is always very busy, but they make sure that they move people through efficiently. Desiray, is a phenomenal stylist and I will only trust my hair to her. Prices are reasonable and their holiday gift cards are by far worth it. I am still working off a $9.99 gift card that I bought years ago. When they come out with them buy as many haircuts as you can.

NEVER did i think i would have to do this, but was there today to get a haircut. A woman named makenna is who i had. First of all she never once sprayed my hair down with water, nor did she finish the side that was supposed to be shaved all the way up onto the part in my hair. I asked her three different times if she was done, or if she had gotten it all the way up. She told me all three times that she had, when i could clearly see she hadn't.Service: Haircut
