Awesome customer service! I was over my oil change and these gentle men got me right in and out!! Very polite, cleaned my windows and told me everything else looked good!!

Just received confirmation that I was robbed today.
My nissan versa needed an oil change.
My husband normally uses bocker but I was in a hurry, so stopped here.
I know that I've come here before at some point in the last couple of years and have paid 30-40 tops.
Dude insisted that because it took a special synthetic that it was $80.98.
After speaking with bocker concerning our records of oil changes with their business.....they confirmed that we have never paid over 40 for their service....even with W20 synthetic
I had to call a family member to bring me money, since I had 40 total availableat the time....which was humiliating
The tech didn't ask if I wanted basic or full service. I had to make a point of telling him.
When entering the waiting area, I looked for the service and price list, which used to be displayed behind the register.....it's gone.
Nothing shows levels of service or pricing.
After the service was performed, he informed me of the cost.
Had I known ahead of time, I would've gone to bocker and waited.
Furious.
I don't know if the inflated cost is because I'm a woman, because he knew that I couldn't back out once he finished or if there is an issue that management isn't aware of.....
This is not okay.
