I use FHC for their tanning services. Good prices, friendly staff, flexible hours, convenient location. They have plenty of beds so I'm able to always walk in. Long standing business in the community. Thank you!
Freeport Health Club has been around since 1984, first known as Island Fitness and Tan Spa. It had a very limited selection of equipment to go along with being one the first in the area with tanning beds. It was bought out in 1988 and was re-named FHC to go along with new equipment and new management. Then in 2000, it went to an all female format. In 2005, our successful Weight Loss Program was introduced. In 2013 we completed the full circle, going back to co-ed and back to the original name of FHC.
At FHC, our main focus is on fitness. We want to get you into shape by reducing your body fat and increasing muscle mass.
We have personal trainers that are available to answer any of your questions and support you in your journey.
