Worst pharmacy experience of my life. Literally. Went for a Covid and flu test. Firstly, I was in line for 11 minutes for the 2 cars ahead of me. Once in at the window, the gal tells me they don’t do flu tests, although I have proof of confirmation I was to have one. She moves MORE SLOWLY THAN ANYONE working a pharmacy counter I’ve ever, EVER seen. It’s definitely deliberate, like she’s strolling in a park on Sunday. Folding papers…sllllowly, walking sllllowly. Ridiculous. Finally, 9 minutes later she has my test. The line behind me has grown to 4 cars, with one of them honking repeatedly behind me (rightfully so!). When I drive off the line has grown to 6 cars, almost leading into the road. Why, CVS? Why put your slowest employee at the window at lunch time?!!! This gal has to be moved to the “watching grass grow” department. Absolutely outrageous!

This pharmacy is ran by absolute idiots. They chose to argue with me that someone came in on the 27th and picked up my prescription even though I hadn’t. The funnier thing is when I call it says it’s still available for pick up… but yet they chose to argue! These people should not be handling peoples prescriptions because they don’t know what they’re taking about or they’re selling them to the wrong individuals. It’s got to be 1 of the 2.

Our Galena Ave. CVS is amazing!! The workers are so kind and helpful. I will NEVER use another pharmacy. The pharmacy associates are the absolute BEST! SO good at their jobs. SO helpful and knowledgeable. VERY kind. I love our CVS store!!!

Real helpful staff, a pony-tailed gentleman helped me find eyeliner for my wife and basically walked me around the store helping me find the rest of my random items. He and the staff saved me a ton of time and hassle!

Horrible. Not enough staff to help. Called asking for assistance with medication for going on vacation, and they hung up on me because they were so busy. They were of no assistance, awful customer service. Rude. Poor communication with customers . Find another pharmacy.Update: Called a different CVS store, the lady was very helpful. Hopefully will get my medication.

I went in looking for a salt scrub. I looked at the skin and bath products and couldn't find what I was looking for. As I was looking I could feel someone staring at me.. as I turned I noticed an employee looking at me.. so I asked her... She was rude and unkind. Told me no she hadn't seen anything like I was looking for... I really don't think she even heard what I was telling her I was looking for... she was too busy judging me I felt. I felt as if she was thinking I took something.. which I didn't. Haven't never took a thing from a store.. I might not looked my best... Or looked whatever she thought I should look like.. but she clearly had a problem with me. I found a skin salt / sugar scrub on my own.. two different kinds in the one brand I did buy.. at 11.99. I hold a CVS card by the way. The deal that day on the item I purchased was buy one get another for 50 percent off. I usually jump on offers like that.. one reason I have a CVS Savings card... After my conversation with the employee which was utlimetely my cashier...I also tried another friendly interaction while she was scanning my items, which she didn't seem too engaged in. I believe in business etiquette but I also believe in respect and kindness to all people if the business you own or work in. Big or small! It's true one bad apple can spoil a bunch..

Just went to pickup a prescription through the drive up. The woman was extremely rude! She directed us to back up and go to the other window with attitude, not any please or anything. Kinda makes me want to change pharmacies.

Cashier was gabbing for my coupon saying give me that. My wife asked if she knows how to say please. Cashier said I don’t want to. Then my wife asked her what her problem was. She replied you are my problem. With all the problem in the world you are worried about saying please. She then threw my merchandise and change down on the counter in front of me, and sarcastically said have a nice day PLEASE. If this is how customers are treated at this store, I would recommend to not got to this store there is another on less than 5 miles away.

I called about compression socks, and pharmacy was so rude I couldn't believe it. Then transferred me to front of store, where Robin said she'd call me back after checking, which she did, and apologized for pharmacy rudeness....kinda like she'd had to do that before! I WILL NEVER CALL CVS IN FREEPORT, EVER AGAIN, AS THIS IS NOT OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH PHARMACY RUDENESS. But Thank You Robin for following thru. Period

I always have good experiences at CVS. I went to another store for a while and didn't like the service as far as having to wait so long. Also suprised as 3 yrs after I had a procedure with a prescription...out of the blue I get a call saying my order was ready. Had to go and have them tell me somebody with my name...same phone number called in. That happened twice and then had to call Dr. office to alert them. This hasn't happened at CVS. I always find CVS helpful and polite. I prefer showing my ID and knowing they are doing their job.
