The only worker I've the store that I saw was a manager and he wouldn't even acknowledge my presence. I don't like this store.

I was standing at the pharmacy counter waiting to pick up my prescriptions. I stood there for 10 minutes without so much as an acknowledgement that I was there. The pharmacy technician completely ignored me. I had other things to do so I walked away. as soon as I walked away, she immediately stepped over and waited on the guy behind me. I walked back to the counter and questioned her as to why she waited on him first when I was first at the counter. She wouldn't even look at me while she said there was a queue. I said yes and I am next in line. She ignored me, walked away and waited on the other guy. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. This girl was rude and very unfriendly. I left and came back in 30 minutes. When she tried to wait on me, I told her that she was nasty and unfriendly towards me and I would like someone else to wait on me. She walked away without saying a word. As soon as the pharmacist heard me, he jumped to her defense instead of apologizing for her behavior. What terrible customer service! If it wasn't for the other pharmacy technicians that work there, they are at least nice to me, I would take my business elsewhere. I do know that I will never go into pick up my prescriptions when that pharmacist and pharmacy tech are working.

With the Adderall shortage going on I’ve had to go to whatever pharmacy has my meds over my usual Walmart pharmacy. I’ve used every pharmacy in town now and this CVS is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. After calling around to see if any pharmacy had my meds I found this CVS had 10 pills and my Dr sent over a script for them. When I went that evening to get the meds I was told the script wasn’t legal because it had a Wisconsin address for Dr. The pharmacist said they called Dr and left a message but they were gone for the day. I called and left Dr a message and emailed her about the mistake also and the next morning I called the pharmacy to see if it had been resolved and they told me they hadn’t heard anything. Dr office said they handled it in the morning already. Pharmacist says they already filled all the morning scripts that had come in and had nothing for me. I had to go to the pharmacy, call my Dr and go back and forth with the pharmacist as her story changed from not having gotten any script in the morning to she had gotten it but it again had the wrong address and as I’m telling her that can’t be true that the Dr made the same mistake again and after waiting another 5 mins the pharmacist said they figured it out. I’ve never had any problems even remotely like this with any other pharmacy while getting these same meds from the same Dr.

Husband needed charcoal, glad to see they had a display with three options! Also, they carry Bushmills Whisky here--did not expect that, Ron Swanson level joy over finding my favorite brown liquid!! Staff was helpful; small towns for the win!!

Had to pick my moms meds up after her mastectomy. They were rude and slow and followed me around like I was a thief. So glad I dont live in Illinois anymore. I asked them to text or call name. They couldn't even do that. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this cvs in Freeport Illinois.

I have used CVS pharmacy for awhile now and have never ran into any problems until recently. It's now the second time they've messed up a prescription, by changing it to some generic form that makes me sick. I've had my doctor call and specify that my prescription should not be changed to any other form then what was prescribed, but here i am again with the wrong prescription. Will be looking into a new pharmacy
