Just went to pickup a prescription through the drive up. The woman was extremely rude! She directed us to back up and go to the other window with attitude, not any please or anything. Kinda makes me want to change pharmacies.

I called about compression socks, and pharmacy was so rude I couldn't believe it. Then transferred me to front of store, where Robin said she'd call me back after checking, which she did, and apologized for pharmacy rudeness....kinda like she'd had to do that before! I WILL NEVER CALL CVS IN FREEPORT, EVER AGAIN, AS THIS IS NOT OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH PHARMACY RUDENESS. But Thank You Robin for following thru. Period

I came from St Louis to help care for my mother during & after surgery. We stopped at CVS on our way home from the hospital to pick up her pain medication. I have NEVER experienced more rude pharmacy techs. I was asked to show a photo ID. I was unsure if they needed mine or my mothers. When I asked the woman assisting me gave a big sigh of annoyance & said "Well, you're dropping it off, so....yours". I then inquired about the long wait time. The 2 women behind the counter glared at me, rolled their eyes, & again the woman assisting me gave a big sigh & answered with annoyance. As I was walking away, they snickered & began mumbling to each other. I picked up on enough words to know they were speaking negatively. I completely understand that at times there is a longer wait, but their response to my inquiry was extremely unprofessional. Not to mention the woman chomping on a wad of gum as she worked. I advised my mom to switch pharmacies immediately. I have since learned from others in the area, that they experience the same rudeness. If I could give zero stars I would!!
