This is a pick up location Monday thru Friday for Amazon, Wish and others. There have been a number of times after being notified an item has arrived there when I get there the office is closed. This last time was basically closed all week, if you have something time sensitive being shipped there I suggest you call before you go there.

I had an appointment to have fingerprinting as part of a background check done at Computer Pros. I drove over 30 minutes for this appointment, only to have them send me an email canceling 2 minutes before it was supposed to start. There was no one at the shop or answering the phone.

A scam!!!!! Please dont bring your electronic to be fix here. I have paid for my pc to fix. It been over 3 month and not fix. Replacing my bad power supply shouldnt take that long. I asked for my pc back n refund, they wont give it back to me. Big scam artist!!! Dont trust them with your property.

Brought in my nephews Nintendo switch to fix the screen in May. It is now July and still running me in circles and telling me it’s still being worked on. Do not go here!! Very terrible experience with terrible customer service.

They kept my Computer for a entire Year, Using the Same excuse of the Tech Being gone (Out of town), Sick or At lunch For the entire Time. And when they said he would call Tommorow nobody called From This Business and I'm gonna love hearing the Excuse Monday. Only take your Devices there if you want to get scammed out of a few hundred dollars and not see your Device for a few Years.

BEWARE!!!! IF I could put negative star I would, they've had my Xbox series x for 5MONTHS just to fix the hdmi port every time you call they give you the run around "it will be done the end of this week" I have heard this every week for 5 months I payed the day I dropped it off on January 7 and still haven't seen a thing!!!

ZERO STARS, NEVER PAY THEM FOR A SERVICE, THIS IS A SCAM!Brought my laptop and paid up front to get the motherboard replaced on March 29, 2021. Since then have made countless phone calls and visits to the store to get an update on the repair with the promise of being called back from the technician (who is also the owner, Jesse Martin) which doesn't happen. By July, I told them I didn't even want them to fix my device anymore and that I wanted to exercise the option listed in the contract to get my broken device back with either the uninstalled part I paid for, or a refund for the part. They told me I couldn't get my laptop without the technician/owner present to sign off on it. I asked when he'd be in, they told me they didn't know his schedule. I asked for them to call him and get verbal consent to release my device, they said he was currently "out on a service call" so they couldn't but they would call me or have him call me. I had to send a police officer in to try and get answers which led to the only phone call I've received from them made by the owner/technician. On August 11th, the owner/technician stated he'd have it finished by August 24th at the latest. Since that call, I have yet to receive any more contact from anyone and am again met with the same excuses by staff and management every time I try to call, including today which marks 9 months since I've brought in my device and paid them to fix it. The police can't even help me get my property back, the only way is to file a lawsuit.

I would give less if I could. They have had my laptop since September 10, 2021. I have yet to get it back. Was told a week for the part and about a week to fix it after. I've called every week since. Keep getting the same line it's being worked on, I will have the tech call you. I finally got upset and did get a call on Dec 08 and it tech said part came broken and he ordered a new one and would be there in a few days. I waited a week and called again. Same line, it's being worked on, and so on. I called again the week of Christmas and was told it would be ready the week of New Years. It's now the 25th. Nothing. Called today and was given the same line. I said I wanted my laptop back and was told it's their policy to not give items back until it's finished. My OWN property. We will see about that. Do not give them your business.

I've had a computer that I dropped off here. They didn't look at it until a week later. After diagnosing what the problem was They ordered the part and demanded the pay for labor and the part up front. It has been 4 months since and they have had the part for over 2 of those months. They never call you. You always have to reach out to them and when you do you get the same excuse responses like the tech is "working" on it or we will put you on a call list just to never receive a call from them. It has been an agonizing process.
