Boss Carpet in Freeport did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. the designer Nicole went above and beyond to find a very particular marble tile that we were looking for and it looks fantastic! the installer Tony is a true artist and craftsman. His work was impeccable, and he was always on time and very neat and tidy. They made the whole experience extremely easy and stress-free! We absolutely will use Boss Carpet one for our next bathroom remodel.

Everyone at Boss in Freeport was so helpful! We were in and out finding what we were needing and looking for within 15 minutes. Nicole was amazing and helped us get our carpeting done before our new furniture was delivered. Above and beyond service and we couldn’t be happier!! I would recommend Boss Carpet One and all their staff there!!

Best experience dealing with a business ever! Joleen was on top of her game and got us scheduled almost immediately after we chose the flooring. Stephen did the install and was very good at doing custom work. Lots of "cut ins" and it came out perfect! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this specific Boss One Carpet location!! Price was very competitive and they stand by their word. Would do business with them again for sure!

We needed some carpet for our staircase and someone recommended us to come here. When I first walked in I was impressed by their selection of every kind of flooring you could think of. I had the pleasure of working with Nicole. She was very helpful and the made the usually overwhelming decision of picking carpet a breeze. She showed us multiple kinds and walked us through the store seeing what we liked best, what fit our budget and how much we would need. Did I mention they have an area for kids? Yep! I had my three year old with me and he was happy as a clam while we browsed the store. Guys came to install the carpet right on time. Very friendly and quick. Love my new carpet. Would highly recommend stopping in if you are in the market for any type of flooring.
