Took my car there for a brake inspection cause when I stop I'd hear grinding noise was told by the person at the front desk my parking brake pads need to be replaced while I was waiting for the technician to pull my car out I seen him pulling on something under my car two hours after picking it up I got a text message saying my lateral arm was bent it was my trailing arm and the problem with my car wasn't that the parking brake pads needed to be replaced I ended up having to have my front and back pads replaced rear wheel bearing and back passenger side rotor replaced the side I seen the technician pulling on with that being said I'll never bring my car to farm and fleet for anything. I don't understand how the say everything is good but I ended up having to have a lot done.

I'd been told by a dealership in Jan of 2022 and by a local garage in May of 2022 that I needed new brakes on my SUV. I set up an appointment online at Farm and Fleet as there aren't many places that check/install brakes here in Freeport. A gentleman from Farm and Fleet automotive called me as I'd said I needed new tires. He was very helpful in helping me choose my tires over the phone as I looked at them online, so they'd be in on my appointment date. My greatest surprise was when they said my brakes would likely last me until next fall!! For once, I didn't feel taken advantage of with my car maintenance! Thank You Farm and Fleet, I love my new tires and you saved me money! You've got my business!!!

I had taken my truck to Blain's in Freeport to have tires mounted and balanced before the installation I met with the tire installer to verify that the wheels were custom and that I wanted no damage to the wheel and stated that if he could not install the tire with out damage not to do them and he said the machine doesn't touch the wheel and would not be a problem. After he installed the tire on the wheel I inspected it and the wheel was damaged which he admitted to said machine was new and that he was not familiar with it and said he was sorry. I told him to stop the installation of the other tires. I took pictures and reported to the assistant store manager who also took pictures and said it would go to insurance. Spoke with insurance and sent pictures but the claim was denied. I have called the service manage and he said he would call me back (never did). I have called the corporate office and spoke with them and they said they would call me back (never did) I have gone into the Freeport store and spoke with the service manager and he told me that he can do nothing for me and gave me a phone number to the regional manager I called and left a message no call back. FRUSTRATED AND FEDUP WITH THIS COMPANY The wheel is over $500.00 and they need to stand up and take responsibility for replacement. So sucks.
