I went to open an account here with a good amount of money. The first thing the teller says to me is "if you have an open loan somewhere....". I told my hubby they didn't want our money and we left. Unprofessional and banks here are sexist against women

I have been seeing so many people talking about a lady called Mrs Caroline Jones and i kept wondering if She is really an expert trader like they say about her because almost all everyone is not real in trading aspect, then i contacted her to give a trial and i was shocked and amazed that with just $5000 i invested, Caroline Jones helped me managed my account and after 7 days of trading, i made my first withdrawal of $6200. I can't keep this to myself with the COVID19 PANDEMIC the world is facing now.

Do not bank at this bank! You can't trust the employees to know or follow there own policies then how can you trust the bank itself!

I banked there for years (at least 12-15 yrs). I understand they are a smaller credit union; however, I always seem to have a problem when I cash a check for a large amount, as if I'm a new client. I called them to let them know I was bringing in a large check, it had my married name on it and have changed to maiden name. Also, asked them if they would call to verify the check so they wouldn't have to put a hold on it. They said it should not be a problem.. WELL IT WAS!! I was there over an hour....they wouldn't call to verify the funds of the check, wanted to put at least a 7 day hold, because my married name was on check. I provided legal documents supporting name change; including documentation from judge to use maiden name, current drivers license, and marriage certificate to show was married with that name. Still wouldn't budge. I left, went to another bank, opened a new account with all documentation in hand. They called to verify validity of check. All good.

I was a member of this bank for over 25 years. On 7/28/20 I went to this bank to deposit two checks into my account. What I got was the worse in humain service a person could possibly get. First I was told I didn't have an account there. I present my ID to prove I did. I then was asked why was a check written to me from a large cooperation. I dont feel why I received a check is the business of the bank.I refused to answer a d re-asked to Deposit the checks into my account. I was told they needed to speak to management and returned with the same question that I refuse to answer. They refused to Deposit the checks as requested. I then asked to close my account and was told I needed to re-show my ID and wait for them to mail me a check. After a few angry words the teller went to speak to management yet again. Approval was granted to give me my check but not face to face with management to discuss my situation not to convince me to stay as a customer. I was a bit hurt by this and asked for everyones name and a corporate number. The number was given but no name. These people could careless about separating froma customer if over 25yrs
