When calling in, there is always an answer to the phone that is polite and positive. They get back to you when they say they will on the phone as well. The work gets done well and in a timely manner. When they run into speed bumps with repairs, they are met with excellent attitude and solutions. An excellent choice.

Terrible. Been coming her for a couple years. The last 4 times have been terrible. Everytime I’ve taken it in, the part they replace or fix is broken or not working right within the same day. They then try to cover theirselves afterwards with terrible excuses not always being honest. Literally everytime I’ve taken it in there’s more problems whether the part they put in breaks right away or put in wrong. Today I just got my back shocks worked on and on the way home they broke right away after going over a small bump. They always handle it well just shouldn’t happen in the first place. People are nice just the quality of work and communication is terrible. Would not recommend

Always a great experience! Always make you feel like family. Great to communicate with. Auto repairs big or small can make someone nervous but these guys will make sure they explain it all to you.

Hello Beautiful people of Freeport, I have a friend that suggested this Automotive Center to get a tire plugged. And I am pleased to say this place is Friendly and reasonable to work with. The staff was very welcoming and professional, they do have a waiting area for those that would like to wait while car is being repaired. I had really an over all great experience and will be coming back in the future. I hope if you decide to give them a try you have the same experience that I had myself.

Baumgartner did everything to update my van so it's safe and ready for the road. Let me know what was needed and the cost before doing the work. Gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was done. I definitely recommend their services!
