“I am really impressed with the leadership at this bank. I had an issue with a auto title that I felt was not properly handled. At first I let it go and stewed over the matter. I then decided I would contact the President, Richard Wolfe to vent my frustration. I thought Rick would side with one of his managers and not address my concerns. It was quite the opposite. He listened to what I had to say and immediately corrected the problem to my satisfaction. He actually exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to do business with this bank again. Outstanding service and personal attention at all levels of the organization.”
