I was in line one cashier, 8 people behind me and the lady behind the front counter didn't come to help at all!!! She just stood behind the front counter looking at newspaper. Absolutely ridiculous, and I have hear this alot from friends who go to Tom's. Needs to be fixed!

One cashier for seven in line and no one else available...not a way to do business. Will shop at Wal mart..at least can scan my own.
