“I have banked with you all for a couple years now and you guys are a great bank, but the hours. Why do you guys have to open at 9am. Why not 8am when people really need you to. I work 12 hour shifts and get off at 7am. It's hard to wait 2 more hours to just have to get back out to go to the bank. Even your drive thru being open earlier would help us people that work the graveyard shift out a lot. For we do have a lot of stuff to do already at 7 am when we get out of work and waiting for the bank to open should have to be one of them. If walmart can open at 6 am it's not a bad thing you guys open at 8 am, but hey what do i know I'm just an night shift worker.”

“I have generally avoided using Regions for my banking needs because my research has shown them to be a fee heavy institution; however, the death of my brother changed that. Because he banked at Regions ( as well as my two sisters), we set up his estate account through Regions. I must say that every employee that l have dealt with has been informative, friendly and helpful. The services provided are excellent, and there are a myriad of locations available to serve me. In future, l may use Regions for my banking needs. At this time, l have already established my regular accounts at another bank.”

“Alex the associate at BOA in Belleville was wonderful. He took an extra step to resolve my problem. He made extra calls to get my problem resolved. Regardless of the amount of time it took for my issue; he stuck it out. I'm use to customer service representatives either passing you off to others oppose to taking an extra step to help the customer with a issue. Also, I would like to compliment his supervisor. She was also supportive in getting my issue resolved. In summary Alex is the definition of what customer service should look like.”

“A strong recommend. Very down to earth for a banking institution. We got our mortgage through them (they service them through First Integrity, a very highly rated company across the river in Missouri) and they were very honest about where the mortgage would be transferred to. The rate was hands down the best I saw anywhere and the fees were even better. The regular dividends on their accounts are also fantastic.”
