Pharmacy staff needs to have better attitude. I understand working as a tech can be frustrating but no excuse for the amount of attitude I received. They need to work on their behavior and professionalism.

Ridiculous how I have to have an ID for over 21 for energy drink, if your people don't know what they're selling, don't sell it.

This location is ok. The store itself is fine, but some of the employees aren’t great. I wanted to load money onto my prepaid card, and I didn’t bring my whole wallet. I just had the card and the cash I wanted to add. The cashier wouldn’t let me add anything without ID which is weird because that’s not required when you’re just loading money, and I’ve loaded money on it hundreds of times and have never been asked for ID. I can understand if you were trying to get money off of it, but needing ID to LOAD the money on the card?? It doesn’t make sense. The manager wasn’t helpful either so I had to go to a different Walgreens and they did it right away with no issues. I read through the terms/conditions when I got home and it didn’t say anything about needing ID to load cash onto the card. Hopefully their customer service skills get better because it isn’t a bad store overall.

I was not given a receipt for some items I didn’t like, went in to do a return and was treated differently in the store by the store manager and the beauty clerk. Very unsatisfied with my visit

I always have pleasant experiences at this Walgreens and Nayelie from the beauty department is literally such a gift! She is so so sweet whenever I come in and extremely helpful picking out products always helpful and seriously always in positive mood! I think she's a awesome employee and she remembers past conversations we've had which shows she really cares! Amazing! ♡ Thank you so much again! Can't wait to try out products she's helped me find!

Wont fill prescriptions THEY don't feel you need. Google it.... This company pretends to know more than your DOCTOR.Time to find a smaller (non-chain) shop, or buy online.

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy and store overall are fine and function as you would expect. However, the photo department is out and out incompetent. I rarely get photos printed but recently had a passport photo printed and today a few photos from my phone library. The passport ordeal was a real pain. I sent in a picture that I had taken at home but apparently I was dressed in the wrong attire, since they called me to let me know. So I send another photo, this time dressed in the okey-dokey shirt with sleeves. The woman called me and said if I didn't hear back from her, everything was fine. I didn't hear back so I went to pick it up a few days later. What I received and paid for was the original one in which I was wearing a sleeveless dress. The other one was nowhere to be found. I came back a few days later to just have them take one since they claim their passport photos comply with regulations. It took three or four attempts for them to whiten the background to remove the shadows. My face looked like it was cartoon filtered by then. I was told well, just send it in and if they don't accept it, we'll take another one. Passport renewal processing is currently taking up to 18 weeks and I didn't want to wait 18 weeks to be told I needed to start all over. So I went to CVS. In their defense I did get a $10 reward credit. Today I ordered a 5x7 and some 4x6's. I picked them up and after running some errands, opened the envelope when I got home. The 5x7 was missing, even though I was assured it was in there when I picked the pictures up. I went back to let them know and was handed the picture with the explanation that it got stuck behind the 8x10's. No apology. I know these are just minor annoyances, but my time is valuable too. I'm done with them as far as photos, as I shouldn't have to make two or three trips there to get what I want and be given such an I don't care attitude.

I had my debit card charged 7 times for a transaction by accident due to them updating their card reader. No one fault, but the manager and staff was on it. The manager called me on a regular for an update. Took about a week to refund the money. I even got a $25 credit on my awards card for the inconvenience. I love this store and the staff.

Staff was super rude accused me and my friends for stealing. Followed us the whole time when we where trying to just buy some drinks and food. Then when we left the store a staff worker said we stole makeup when we did not steal anything.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Kelly at Photo. She helped me with editing pictures for a collage for my best friend's deceased family member.

This rating is only for the pharmacy part of this store.The staff in the pharmacy are so rude. They do not let you ask a question or finish your statement when you are talking. They are not willing to help at all. They make you go around and around the store just so that they can call you and tell you they can’t figure it out to call and handle the situation on your own. I will be switch all my pharmacy needs to another location or completely different store. To top it all off the wait time is ridiculous at this location.
