This post office has customer service issues. At least 2 of the clerks are often rude and appear mad that they have to do their job. These employees should NOT be dealing with customers on a daily basis. I use this post office regularly and have tried being friendly and cordial but enough is enough. They get paid to do a job and I pay to receive a service. Common courtesy and respect is clearly missing at this location. Who knows if the USPS checks these reviews so please do the survey at bottom of your receipts every time you get bad service. Maybe some change will happen this way.

No words can describe the horrible service of this place the fact that it’s still up and running is BEYOND me. I’m surprised the people of Franklin park have not got together with the towns president and shut this place down or wipe all staff and start new The fact you can’t even get a hold of this place through the phone IS DIABOLICAL!!!

Extremely disappointed with this employee's service. Despite urgently sending a package for my family, she mistakenly returned it. When I sought a solution, she became defensive and uncooperative, even yelling. Please double-check receipts to avoid such inconvenience. Her dissatisfaction with her job reflects poorly on all postal workers and the service overall. I hope she finds a more suitable role, as her behavior damages the reputation of postal workers.

The phone number doesn’t work. I still need help and can’t get any from the government phone number. All I got was a dumb AI that can’t nor want to help me. Where are all the human workers. Not even some waiting music just annoying broken record AI bot rambling about unimportant things.

Horrible post office mail carrier marks package was delivered nothing at my house nor any mail I’m supposed to receive and when you come to this location not helpful at all or take any accountability quick answer is call the company and say hi never received the package as there easy way out the post needs a big change in it’s staff people that wanna work and do thier job efficiently

Very rude staff. Not sure if they’re all racist since they’re African American and I’m not, but they are extremely unhelpful, you ask them a question and they get angry helping you, and never seem to know the answers or a possible solution. The USPS needs to do a better job hiring quality staff - all across the board. Considering all the counter starf do is stand there and provide rude customer service while watching videos on their phones, they should be less angry since they have a pretty easy job.
