Driver never rang Bell or knocked. Just left a sticker. Customer service contacted Driver for a second attempt and he said NO. I have to go to UPS to get it myself. This is disgraceful.

Lackluster care and concern, but maybe I came at the end if a long day. Still I didn't leave happy. Not all stores offer all services. Be careful to choose a store better staffed with full services.

Warehouse and dispatch bad communication every time. Trying to deliver supplies.forklift driver takes over an hour to unload. Except john.only one who works there

Was expecting a package ahead of a trip. The delivery guy didn't leave it at the door as usual so I called customer service they said they will reroute it to be able to pick it up at this location. Wasted an hour I didn't have coming here only to be told sorry we didn't get the message.

If you need to use UPS and close to this location I highly recommend!Mostly due to the fact, since it is the warehouse location so as soon as you dropped it off it will go straight out!All my package mailing from here is about 1-2business days earlier vs if I were to drop it off at other location such as a UPS storeThere always two employees at the counter, they are friendly and knowledgeable of what they doWhen there is a line, she will ask whoever the customers are, if they are just dropping off and do not need a receipt can step up drop off the box so the customers can be on their way!Highly recommended!

3 times UPS has been to my house. All they do is put the sticker on the mailbox and walk away. I spent 2 hours in Franklin Park, Illinois to pick up my package. After all that I was told I could not pick it up. So I called this morning for the office to give me a heads app on when the driver will be back in my area. They promised to call me and no one ever did. Once again, the stickers on my mailbox. Thanks for not doing your job as I was told.

Driver made a mistake delivering package to wrong person, now he committed a fraudulent account on my behalf stating I am scheduling my packages for pickup at locations which I did not consent to. Driver is gonna be held accountable for this action im not paying $15-$30 in shipping fees for my packages not to be delivered at my home at my expense and the driver to take it on his own action to make executive decisions and deciding where my packages are delivered. When last time I had encounter with delivery driver he told me to my face he ain’t delivering to my home no more, because he knows he made a mistake now creating false account and fraud requests to get back at me. I’ve filed corporate complaints with this plant.

It is so horrible. Every time I called and I said my package was not delivered. I gave my tracking number and it would not work.

Pleasant experience. I had to drive 45 minutes to pick up my package that was supposed to be delivered to my home because the drivers "claimed" the could NOT find my home [2] days in a row. How is that possible? FedEx driver brought me a package that same weekend in the pouring rain! The drivers need a better GPS system and need to learn their delivery areas and document it for the next driver. The clerk at this location was very nice and he even brought that huge box to my car. Thank you!

Everytime I get a package from UPS at my address they never even attempt delivery. They always end up returning to sender with a supposedly second attempt at delivery saying your name isn’t on mailbox like there should be a confirmation of said attempted delivery.

I’ve been having issues with the south Holland location. Decided to find a new UPS location for my Amazon returns. The customer service was wonderful. The young lady who serviced me was so patient and understanding. She made small talk to help ease my anxiety. She reassured me that the amount of items I had was nothing compared to what she has seen. I left that place feeling like weight was taken off my shoulders. I didn’t get her name but, I thank her so much!
