I had a very large foam mattress topper that I used but didn’t like. I was authorized by the supplier to return the product and I chose the Franklin park ups close to my home. It was rolled up like a rug and luckily I saved the plastic it was in. At first I was told they couldn’t help me because it was so big and wouldn’t fit in any of their boxes. However Because it was in plastic and there wasn’t a box big enough the woman said she would tape it closed and send it back. Great customer service. I wish I had her name.

Just left this facility that I utilized all the time In just receives the worst customer service.I have ever had from a white, older woman with short dark hair. I went there to have my return label printed out like I have always done in the past and without any explanation , she said "we don't do that anymore." When I tried to explain that I have done this in the because I don't have a printer, she cut me off and would not relent. What a mean person!

I am still waiting for my package that I ordered with expedited overnight shipping over a week ago. I selected to have it delivered to an access point and at this point UPS is simply refusing to deliver my package, as I have spoken to over 10 customer service representatives who all have no clue what is going on or lie to me and tell me the package has already been delivered and waste my time, only for me to go to the access point and discover that it never arrived there. This facility is the last known location of my package and is a good 1 hour drive each way from my apartment, and I can pretty much guarantee if I make the journey over here they will tell me the package is nowhere to be found. Absolute insanity, especially when I paid extra for faster shipping.
Update: I spoke to UPS for the 15th time or so yesterday and they promised me, repeatedly, that they don't know what happened and that the package would, for sure, be on the truck and delivered the next day. Well, you guessed it, today has passed, the truck came by, and nothing was delivered. So, AGAIN, the UPS customer service representative openly lied to me for at least the 10th time. This honestly ranks as the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and in this day and age, that really says something.

This location hires drivers that pretend to “try” to deliver the packages but don’t. They just step out the truck with the “we missed you slip” already written on. With no attempt to actually deliver it. This is the location that I ONLY have had that issue with. I witnessed it with my own eyes. TERRIBLE DRIVERS!!!

I had a very expensive package (LV bag) delivered on 3/30/24 at 6:41pm , which I required a signature. My doorbell video captures the UPS driver committing fraud and signing my name, he then proceeds to leave 2 packages on the porch ledge in full view of the street. At still 641pm the doorbell camera captures a young lady stealing the package, the thief is walking towards the package and talking on the phone before she can even see it because of the tall fence that I have. I called UPS everyday from 3/31 and told that I could not place a claim only the shipper could make a claim. On 4/8/24 I am not sure if the policy had changed within a week, but I was allowed to place the claim. For the next few days I called multiple times to get an email address to send the video footage and police report, and to complain. I emailed both videos, police report, flight itinerary because I was in Nola at the time the driver claims I signed for package,UPS didn’t even try to investigate they closed the claim on 4/15/24 without ever speaking to me and said I signed for the package.UPS will lie to cover their tracks. When I initially called on3/30 the talking info showed that a signature had not been obtained but between 3/30 and 4/15 somehow this info miraculously changed without actually having a signature on file. I gave complained to the BBB and Attorney Generals office. I’m still waiting

Easy to use terminals and printer for labels

Driver never rang Bell or knocked. Just left a sticker. Customer service contacted Driver for a second attempt and he said NO. I have to go to UPS to get it myself. This is disgraceful.

Lackluster care and concern, but maybe I came at the end if a long day. Still I didn't leave happy. Not all stores offer all services. Be careful to choose a store better staffed with full services.
