Tom Lichon was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went through several revisions during the quoting process to make sure I had everything I was absolutely looking for when designing this shed. He answered all my questions so I understood exactly how the design and installation process would go. TuffShed was able to accommodate the extra time I needed to secure permits from my municipality and foundation inspection by my municipal code department before the shed could be installed. I'd order my next shed in a heartbeat due to having such a profession sales and installation crew to walk me though every step of the process.

I have to say that my wife and I are very pleased with the service provided by Tom L.at Franklin park factory.All our questions were answered and honestly we were on the fence about installing a shed this late in the year but working with Tom was what won us over.The installation crew led by Jake was also great.very satisfied with the entire process.Henry

We are extremely pleased with our new Tuff Shed. We worked with Tom Lichon out of the Franklin Park location. Having never purchased a storage shed before, Tom was great in walking us through each and every option to ensure we got a finished product that met all of our needs, at the best price possible. Additionally, install and build out went as planned, on time and with no surprises. You can't ask for much more than that. I would not hesitate to recommend Tuff Shed to anyone considering a storage solution for their home or business.

I'm going to start with positive things, salesperson very helpful, nice,competent, builders have done very nice job. The managers incompetent, not being truthful, the project had been postponed twice, one of the managers was blaming me for that which I had nothing to do with, she is definitely lacking customer service skills. First they didn't order the material on time, then they ordered wrang one, then they installed wrang material so they had to bring it down and reinstalled the proper one, what was in the contract originally.Service: Garage design & building

Overall pretty good experience. Went into the store to order and Tom was very friendly.Noticed a few spots missing paint after install and tuff provided some touch up paint.Overall Tuff Shed was very fast.My only complaint is that there was a little slowness during the permit process. I think it took about 3 weeks. I’m not sure if the slowness was the city/tuff or both but understand that it was busy season for both so can’t complain too much.

Had been thinking about a different shed when I reached out to Tuff Shed. Craig was great - he helped me get a perfect design, with a 6.5 foot door so I wouldn't hit my head for the next 10 years. He also came out on his day off to make sure my concrete pad was ready to go. The delivery crew, led by Elgin Ortega, was on time and did the work, even when it started raining. They came back the next day to finish the painting. My shed looks great and the whole process was very quick. I could not be happier that I went with Tuff Shed of Franklin.

From beginning to end, the experience of buying a sheds through this company was extremely pleasant. Fred and his assistant were very helpful and precise on the installation. I’m already thinking of a new design for my property I want for the future! Definitely beats any contractor who wants to overcharge ridiculous amounts for a project Tuff Shed can do for a reasonable price and a design of your own. I gave 4 stars because the entire process has not been completed yet. We are waiting for our permit so we can install our shed. Up to this point, Tom has been very helpful in working with us on the design. He is always responds to our calls and answer any questions in a timely manner. He has been a pleasure to work with. We are very pleased with our new TuffShed, it is exactly what we hoped for. The process was easy thanks to the terrific people at this company. Tom Lichon, our salesperson, had very helpful suggestions, was easy to get ahold of when we had a question and came out in person to check the site before install. Veronica helped us navigate all the permits needed. Highly recommend!

We saw a shed at Home Depot that we liked and reached out to Tuff Shed via their service department. We were promptly in contact with Scott Fraser. He worked with us to ensure the dimensions and design of the shed were reflected in the specifics of our order. He was very helpful with guiding us to obtain the appropriate building permit. He had us work with Donna Dattilo, who walked us through the paperwork and made it very easy! She then scheduled the installation of the shed with 3 Brothers Construction. They showed up on time and completed the installation / build of the shed very efficiently! They were polite and professional; keeping us informed of their progress throughout the day. The building looks wonderful and we are very pleased. 3 Brothers Construction cleaned up the build sight very well before they left.We the building Final Inspection was today, Wednesday, 3/8/2023. Received the stamp of APPROVAL from the inspector; who stated the shed had been very well constructed.Services: Custom shed design

Tom was fantastic with helping design two different sheds to compare. I had already done the design on the website (super easy), but it still helped to go in person and make sure I had the right shed to move forward with. It was one week from order to install, and the installation took 3 hours. Very professional, and we are incredibly happy with our shed so far! Love the confidence in a 7 year warranty as well. This was a great experience from the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by Thomas Lichon. We went with a display model for 40% off! I opted to pull the permit myself but Thomas & Donna helped me with anything I needed along the way. A+ to the guys who delivered the shed as well, they worked through the rain and the difficulty in placing the shed.
