This location has its prices out of control!!!!!!!!! Way to high, I donate a lot but I’m going else where. They get the items for free and then rip you off. It’s smells very bad as well.

I give this a one star review for the reason being that there’s a number on the website that they provide that only gives you one option put in your ZIP Code to to see if they can come pick up your stuff according to the store near you and when you do that, it takes you to the next step for you to wait and then after that, it just hangs up I feel this is bad service need to fix this and you can speak to anybody there is no other option so that is not helpful And there’s no good resource on how to go speaking to somebody and asking general basic questions on delivering or picking up

The employees are very nice but the managers are not. The prices are crazy high. You can find cheaper new stuff at Aldi and other stores. You can find antiques sometimes at thrift stores but the prices should not be the same as those at antique stores. This store seems to not agree on this and everything seems overpriced. I stopped in tonight and found one overpriced item, as well as picked up a glass bottle along the way. The blue glass bottle didn't have a price on it. It had a fake flower in it which was priced at $1.97. I took out the flower since I didn't care for it and looked at other glass bottles, vases, etc. next to it and around on other shelves. Most were priced at $2.97 and below so I just took it to the register along with the other overpriced item. The employee had to ask the manager since the item did not have a price. Little did I know that the manager, instead of honoring the prices that this glass bottle/vase should be marked at decided to up the price to $6. I told her that all the surrounding bottles and glass vases are all half of that price and lower but she said that is not the case for the colored ones. I walked over to show her many other colored ones which were also at $2.97 or lower so she picked up some clear vase which was marked higher, with stones in it, and said that this one is higher and that she is not even supposed to price it. She said you can pay $6 for it or I will not sell it to you for less. She also said that I can come back tomorrow or another day if I did not agree with this. Obviously, this is not how a manager should be acting as far as customer service is concerned and pulling prices out of her a**. In addition, it seems that this way they are trying to squeeze out even more money from these overpriced items just by telling you that you can come back tomorrow or another day. Whose job is it to put out merchandise and price it. If anything, they should apologize to you for not doing their job. Is it for the customers to keep going back and forth to the store for some $3-$6 glass bottle just because they are not pricing items??? It seems that the price of surrounding similar items should be honored under such circumstance instead of putting it on the customer to have to come back. I'm obviously not going to go back for something like that. That is ridiculous! Some people, if they really love an item, probably would. Just know that this store is overpricing merchandise and trying to squeeze out the most money out of it and it is not worth it. Aldi, for example, has really nice colorful glass plates, glassware and vases and they are new! The prices are even lower. lol This whole situation was really funny to me having to deal with a manager like that working there tonight (the one with a ton of makeup on). I heard some things about this place and so far the negative stuff I heard checks out. Something is not right about this place and not just the super high prices. There used to be corruption at this store that I have observed a long time ago where they would have certain people lined up and waiting to get the merchandise before it was put on shelves in the store and available to the public. Something is not right with the managers at this store and it probably goes even higher than just the managers on duty. Another thing they do is after there are markdowns, they go around taking the markdowns off so that the higher prices can remain on the items and not the markdowns. This is a really shitty place with rude, unethical and not customer oriented managers.

I loved shopping here until this new mgr came along. Prices went way high. Example: a pair of Nike shorts were $20. Inflation is high why is the Salvation Army?

The store mgr Michelle @ this location is so very RUDE… I stop on a friday about 7pm I found 2 very nice piece that I absolutely love neither one of the pieces had prices so I asked one of the other associates. Can you help me get a price? He intern told me I have to speak to the manager that’s when Michelle got involved again very rude. I told her I really love these pieces and can I purchase them and she told me that they were done pricing for the day making prices. I was very upset by this because the reason why you come to Salvation Army to find those hidden gyms she again was very short patient I return Saturday morning to see if I can find those items again I was not able to find them. I was very upset , after talking to another manager, she did share with me that that item should both of those items should have been price last night. I should’ve been told it should take about 30 minutes but I should’ve been able to purchase those items last night probably had to wait 30 minutes, which I didn’t have a problem with that, but that was never given an option for me. You all need to hire nicer people especially managers

Found a printer I wanted to buy, it didn't have a tag. Took it to the register the lady said "the pricers aren't in today" told me she couldn't sell it. Asked her if they could hold it in the morning and I'll pick it up tomorrow when the pricers are there, "no sir we can't hold items for customers" ok so should I check to see if the tag is back there on the shelf and fell off? "No sir it would have to be attached" wow... really don't mean to sound entitled I understand regular policies but if something can't be sold because of an error on the stores part shouldn't they give a courtesy and hold it until they are able to sell it at least?! That's not even a hold they won't sell it today anyway! And I'm a guaranteed buyer. Just 10/10 don't understand. Seems ridiculous.Store was clean, everything was fine except this but it was frustrating enough to stoop to 1 star to make my voice heard. and I rarely ever ever leave a bad review.I'll even promise to edit my review if I'm able to get my printer tomorrow but if it's gone I'm gonna still be upset...

Someone told me it was observed the cashier is giving stuff for free without charging certain customers. Also, they will force things out of your hands if they want to keep it not letting you to buy it. Next time, it will be recorded and reported.Sad!
