“This is not a UPS customer service location. This is an actual working ramp of O'Hare airport in which UPS sends and receives next day air packages from across the country and around the world. There are no public hours for this location. Only ramp certified employees are allowed in this area. It is an active taxi way to a runway.”

“If you need to use UPS and close to this location I highly recommend!Mostly due to the fact, since it is the warehouse location so as soon as you dropped it off it will go straight out!All my package mailing from here is about 1-2business days earlier vs if I were to drop it off at other location such as a UPS storeThere always two employees at the counter, they are friendly and knowledgeable of what they doWhen there is a line, she will ask whoever the customers are, if they are just dropping off and do not need a receipt can step up drop off the box so the customers can be on their way!Highly recommended!”
