“I had a very large foam mattress topper that I used but didn’t like. I was authorized by the supplier to return the product and I chose the Franklin park ups close to my home. It was rolled up like a rug and luckily I saved the plastic it was in. At first I was told they couldn’t help me because it was so big and wouldn’t fit in any of their boxes. However Because it was in plastic and there wasn’t a box big enough the woman said she would tape it closed and send it back. Great customer service. I wish I had her name.”
