Don’t leave your car here!!! There are at least a dozen hotels in the area that will let you pay to park and they won’t damage your car. They scraped the front end of my new car and then tried to tell me it was like that when I dropped it off. I called to file a police report and the cop actually laughed and said they get calls from there ALL THE TIME! My fault for not checking reviews because there are many just as bad if not worse than mine. Clearly this place is trash and doesn’t deserve our business.

Had a good experience. You drop your car off and you are taken to the airport by shuttle. You should allow an additional half hour for time because others are on the shuttle with you.
The only reason I didn't give 5- stars is because my car sat out in the open instead of in a garage or underground parking for protection.

I had an amazing experience with Pride Parking!! Very easy to find, shuttle was available when we arrived. We added valet upon return from our trip, they arrived promptly! I will use pride parking every time I fly out of Chicago

Do not, and i mean DO NOT park your car here. They are unprofessional and will refuse to pick you up for your “free shuttle” back to your car. Had to pay another $30 for an Uber when I should’ve gotten a free ride, and the guy who answers the number you’re to call when you need a shuttle is ignorant. Told me “walk to terminal 2 or you won’t be picked up that’s on you”.

PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE CONCIDERING THEM!
Waited 2 hours at airport for this company to pick us up! Called them continuously and always went to voicemail! Saying his phone wasn't working properly! If I could give him a 0 stars I definitely would! WORST COMPANY EVER! WILL NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN!

Easy to book online, great service upon our arrival and quickly shuttled to the airport. We used the car delivery service when we came home which was great and fast. Will definitely book again!

DO NOT USE.
After returning from our trip. They told us wait 15 minutes at the terminal they told us to use. 30 minutes go by and no one is there. We call back and they were instantly rude. "You can't wait another 30 minutes?" They claimed they were there but we never saw them. We called an Uber to take us there and let loose on them. Very unprofessional to be rude and say, "It's not our problem." We'll never use this place again. We should've looked at reviews first, and we warn you, DO NOT USE.
