“All I can say is WOW!! I have never experienced such amazing customer service before. Brad and Gavin serviced my vehicle and they were professional, nice, and they truly DO NOT miss a single detail down to asking if I would like my windshield cleaned and topped off the air in my tires without even asking. You’re greeted with a cold bottle of water and nothing but kindness and courtesy. It truly takes no more than 20 minutes every time I’m here. The biggest thing for me is being able to leave feeling like I wasn’t hounded to buy/replace everything, the techs are thorough with their checks however don’t pressure you too much to buy anything (unless it really needs to be replaced like my filter!) which as a woman who knows nothing about cars, I appreciate so much!! They actually show you how dirty it is and explain why it could be a problem. 10/10 recommend coming here and WILL be back again.”

“This was by far the best Jiffy Lube experience I’ve had. They didn't try to oversell products. They were honest about what i needed. The suggestions they made made sense and right on point. It was quick. They were so professional. They worked together as a team. The patron before me must have been a regular. “Nice and friendly owner that wants to help people and has his employees do the job fast. They only do oil changes and nothing else. If you need the oil change done quickly at a fair price, would come here. I am indifferent about the work that they do since it's just the oil and filter. If you go to a big box oil change place, they check on other things that you may not have thought of. The larger oil change place check for air tire pressure, engine air filter, interior car filter, automatic transmission fluid , brake fluid and more. If you don't know how to check those things, it is nice to have those checked out of you don't change your oil and filter often enough. Good to have reminders on these other car fluid checks on a regular basis. You can look at the check intervals on your car owners manual or looking online for those maintenance periods. I would visit them again if I need a quick change and no other maintenance checks are needed. This place is good for people that need oil changes when they need changes every month or two months of you are driving your car all the time.”

“I can’t say enough positive things about Dave and Areawide Automotive. He is honest, ethical, and has never failed to deliver great service at a fair price. Services recommended by my Lexus dealer proved unnecessary and way too pricey. Dave beat the dealer’s “discounted” price to implement a repair by 60%. In addition, issues highlighted by the dealer for proactive repair proved unnecessary and are just typical of a car with 130,000 miles. This Lexus model can go 300,000 miles or more, and AreaWide can get it there.

“Service and everything was great. They apparently have a new policy of having the customer stay in the car for the entire time. During hot summer months it may not be a great idea to make people sit in the car without air conditioning or air flow. By the time I left the back of my shirt was wet from sweat. Other than that I recommend Jiffy Lube and I will continue to take all my vehicles there.”
