Had to come here with my wife after her phone stopped working over the weekend. She had already been there to activate a phone she bought from Best Buy to replace the one that didn't work. Guy behind the counter had no idea what he was doing and activated the new phone with a new line, not what she wanted as she simply wanted her old line transferred to the new device. Came back with her and waited over an hour as the same guy helps another customer. Absolutely no acknowledgement or anything. Left without getting any assistance at all. This is unacceptable in a customer service oriented business. If an employee doesn't know what they are doing, they should not be operating a location by themselves.

Horrible sales service, untrained employees, manager is never there, long wait times and so many mistakes done on my new account that even customer service couldn't credit enough or repair all the errors. Employee Paola was new, sick and working alone by herself and had to call her manager several times for help. Only one working computer station. Waited 3 hours for my sale to be completed because the system froze and she could not give me a receipt or any paperwork. Could not explain the plans, phone specs or autopay benefits. 5 calls to customer service and one month later I switched back to Tmobile. Save yourself the aggrevation and go to metro in River Grove or Melrose Park

Went on in again to update my phone...I already forgot the gentlemans name that helped me,but anyway I had two phones in mind I wanted, and he actually knew SOMETHING about both of them, helped me make a choice. set me up and got me out the door in a reasonable amount of time. NO I don't wait in line all night or think picking out a phone is a fun all day affair...
