She was very helpful and patient with us as we were deciding on buying a different type of mattresses for each bed. We had to return a box spring because of the height, and again she helped us through that process. We were very surprised how easy she made it. I had an equally positive experience with the delivery. The men arrived in time and were very courteous. They did not seem bothered at all that they had to take the box spring back. Jim made some other suggestions based on new available options and didn't try to push the most expensive one. “If you are looking at buying any latex bedding product, you need to use this company because a.) they make top quality latex certified products; and b.) they have HANDS DOWN the best customer service I have ever encountered.
