They fixed my laptop within ~30 minutes of explaining my problem, and for what I think is a very reasonable price. The technician also instructed me on how I can avoid such problems in the future. If I ever have any major problems with my computers in the future, I will definitely be making another visit. Thank you for saving my laptop!

Adriana gave excellent customer service. She was very helpful, caring, polite and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the service that she gave.I will return again and tell others to ask for her by name. The owner and staff are just wonderful and so helpful. They specialize in not taking advantage of people especially our seniors. Reasonable prices and fast turnaround. Excellent service! Very professional customer service and technicians. Today I went with a problem that I could not boot my gaming PC. They fixed my problem right away! I will certainly go back to them for any problem I have in the future with my PC. Recommended!

I went to Apple at Skokie mall and they saw how bad my computer was and they said - yes the battery over time gets swollen. Sent it out to a third party as after 5 years we don't do much. I panicked as is an important computer for me. Good thing I found out in this location they fix it and they did, within 30-40 min my battery was replace and taken with caution.

This company is simply the best. I have worked with in house IT departments and outside "big" and "medium sized companies" and none can compare to KCS. They are friendly, very knowledgeable and as fair as any IT company can be. I used them before and they were great, now they are even better. This is the ONLY company i would recommend.

KCS is extremely helpful with our IT needs. They are always available for questions and concerns, and they are very proactive in letting us know when there is a threat on the web that we should be concerned about! Ken and his team are a great asset!
