I go for oil change because Alan take care me always today the Abel Gonzales take care me very disappointed he comes to me rotate the 2 tires and buy the new 2 tires we talked already to put the new tires in front and old tires in rear but when I pick my van I see it's not right so I waste my time I am over there for two things and I wait over there 3 hours other compatair change oil in 30 minutes I don't know what's going on here this is not right and I see him he fix the front tires without balance when I tell him then he do balance I don't know he has zero experience and he is sales person I spend almost $ 5000 over there I have four cars I always go over there but I don't know now

I took my truck in for change of all tires. I called in the next day as I was getting an alert that one of the tires had to be replaced and I also noticed one of my rims was scratched. I had just fixed my rims and that scratch wasn’t on there when I took it. I got told to wait on the phone, 30 minutes later still waiting. They didn’t bother to follow up with me. Very unfortunate experience.
