Rude deli workers during the morning shift saying mean things about customers to each to other. As well as the produce department. Teach these goons to treat the customers with respect & their attitudes at home.

I just went to Jewel-Osco and received the worst service even, but as I read the reviews I wasn’t the only one. Since it seems like white lady with red hair is disrespecting a lot of people. Just because it seemed to her that there were more than 15 items in my cart she did not let me go to self-checkout. She was very disrespectful in her tone and gave me such an attitude. I said I wanted to talk to a manager and she said she was the manager and didn’t even manage to talk to me about my concert. Thank you for the quality service.

Terrible customer service from that one short stubby white lady with red hair. I was simply trying to redeem a free drink through the app and she went crazy on me. She accused me of trying to steal so I told her to check cameras. And then when I tried to show her the coupon she threw the drink very dramatically over the self check out machine claiming she knows everything about every coupon they offer. She needs to be reevaluated and maybe put into counseling. Very short tempered. I’ve never had an issue with any other employee there. They have always been helpful and informative. She was just pathetic and embarrassing.

All the pharmacy staff are great! Prices on food is crazy but I'm guessing that's not just Jewel.

For the first time I had a great experience at the deli last night at this Jewels. A nice young man assist me and his customer service was very nice. He greet me and I conversated as he packed my choice of honey wings and potato wedges. The rest of the people I’ve encountered in the past can learn something about customer service from this young man. Period!
