I had the best customer service experience over the phone with the pharmacy! I just talked to Justine. I called to get information on a medication because the pharmacy where I currently had my prescription was on back order. Justine looked into the medication and determined they could get it so Justine advised me he could work on getting my prescription from the other pharmacy and took down all my information and even asked if I had a coupon.Great customer service is hard to find these days so I really appreciate that Justin took the time to help me and didn't want to rush me off the phone. Very helpful. Thank you Justine!

There’s is a red headed employee/manager? that is extremely rude to not only customers, but her own fellow employees! I come in at least twice a week and have over heard her countless times being rude and nasty. She is definitely an employee I avoid when I do my check out!

So far I have good relationships with the pharmacist and staffs here in Franklin park. I have no issues with anyone ,so far! Everyone has kinda have their own personality ,but when it comes to Alan and Andrea they both know what I needed to pick up .

I just left and called as soon as I got home. What I witnessed today was a disgrace! An employee(store director John) screaming in an eldery woman's face in front of the entire store. He said, he is sooo sorry that whatever happened to her did and he will disipline them when they get back! Walked away, came back said, no wait, I'll fire them for you! Is that what you want? We're short staffed as is it! Such disrespect for the eldery, you should be fired Store Director John.If I could find a corp. number I would call. But wait! I'm still looking. Shameful and disgusting.

Things have changed a lot in little over 3 years. I used to feel the same way as the person who wrote the review on 4/21/2018. My last 2 visits to the pharmacy have been disturbing. During the first visit I watched a pharmacist berate an older woman. I supported this woman's story to the store manager who was very empathetic. Today when I went to pick up my prescription I stood where customers normally stand who are waiting for their prescriptions (I am 6' 5" and 190 pounds so I am hard to miss) I waited almost ten minutes as I watched the two pharmacists stare at their computer screens. One continually answered the phone. Finally I approached the two and asked if they were going to help me. The man said that he did not see me! The woman said that they were very busy.

Poorly run never stocked dirty store. Staff is rude. Their fish is awful and smells likes it old .

This place is so dingy it's so gross. It makes me sad this is my parents jewel Scared for the covid- 19 pandemic here This place needs to have corporate come and take a look at how gross and dingy it always it There is no excise for this Especially with what's going on.
