Appointment is at 5.30 pm .. reached one hour lait .. check in on guard shack with using your mobile .. then proceed second guard office they check in and fill information ablout capstone logistics ( lumper) and waiting the text msg for door.. receive text msg at 9.15pm and going back at door .. pay lumper for 9 pallets 190$.. check out at 1 am

staff very uncooperative they talk in very aggressive way so it is better for us to cancel the load of this warehouse i have only 12 pallets for unloading i have to wait there 9 hours for unloading

Great overall experience. Had a 0530 check-in time, showed up at 0430. Downloaded the app and was able to get a door right away. Unloaded in about an 1.5 hrs. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is just a lack of information given by security. Heres the run down: Download the Albertsons check-in app or scan their QR code. They wont let you on the property until the first security guard verifies you've been texted a check-in QR code. Go to the stop sign and hang a right and follow it all the way down to a second security guard at the staging area. Show that gaurd your QR and they will assign you a door. No recieving office, just put folder given to you in the trailer. When your done, pay capstone, wait for the green light and your paperwork is in the trailer.

Broker may send you something that says you can check in within a 5miles radius. That’s false. You literally have to be on the drive way to check in. You can check in 4 hours early! Pull into driveway, check in on phone or on the machine they have on both sides. Then you will be directed to a bullpen/staging area. Fill out the paper they hand you. Hand over papers to the people inside the small trailer as you drive into bullpen. Park and wait for a text saying you have a door. As you exit out the area stop and hand back the papers, they will then tell you what dock number you are assigned. Break your seal, Leave your paperwork back of trailer as you back into dock. Wait for text from lumper. Pay online. Your papers will be back on your trailer signed when you are done. Overall I only wasted 4 hours here from start to finish. I’ve been to worst. So this place gets 4 stars.

If I could give minus 1 million stars I would. This place is the worst. Refuse the load to come here. I'll never come here again. I'm done with this place and this state for good. Don't ask the cops to help you because they threaten to give you a ticket. Hate this place.

To be unloaded late it happens. But to deal with security it’s another challenge. Not telling all the info. When you come back to them for info again they pretend like you should know how it works here. I’m first time here just give me all info at once and explain how it works here
