They advertise transparent upfront pricing without surprises which is completely false advertising. They quoted me $150 over the phone and I was in shock when they told me the price was MORE THAN DOUBLE that amount after they did my taxes. My advice is to ask what the price is again when you get there in person so you are not left with sticker shock like I was. Yes I told the lady over the phone all the forms I had. Standard w2 and mortgage. Nothing crazy. When the preparer saw I was shocked she pulled out a $25 coupon which is nothing. Would have done taxes myself if I knew the true price.

I showed up in person to make appointment. I showed up for my appointment and office was closed. I also did receive a phone call to let me know. Horrible customer service!

I have used and trusted your service for some years and have always experienced superb service and received nothing but excellent results delivered effectively and most efficiently by the staff I have personally dealt with. I, like most people, hate dealing with taxes but the personnel I've been assigned to have always made me feel very comfortable and at total ease. Today was no exception! I would recommend your service to anyone I trust and care about!

Polite but not very knowledgeable. While my tax person was calling other people on the phone to help him complete my taxes, I could hear the tax lady gossiping to someone. They also ran out of singles to give out change to another customer. I'll go somewhere else next year.

Filing my taxes here the past 3 years have been really easy. They really look out for you and don't treat you as just another customer. Stefka really pushed me to find all the deductions possible so I can get the most out of my refund. She has done a great job keeping everything organized for me and the Myblock is great to be able to see all the years I've filed.
