FEDEX SUCKSSSSSS!!!!!!! JUST LIKE THAT AS YOU CAN SEE IT ON HERE WRITEN WITH BIG LETTERS. If I could would not even give a star just a HUGE BIG 0,because that's how much they worth taking care of their customers as businesses should. My suggestions to the manager or whom ever hires the delivery drivers to teach them in the first place the letters from A-Z and the numbers from 1-100 at least. That when they make their delivery, then the packages end up at the right address. Last month was waiting for a package that was shipped from Californian when I checked the tracking number it said that it was delivered already on this day at this time. When I called FEDEX to tell them that I haven't received the package I filled for a claim right away for the missing package. When they called me back with an answer ,the person on the phone he said that he driver stated that he did delivered the package to the address and left it out front. Which of course I didn't believed it : 1. because we were home and the driver never buzzed the buzzer to let us know that he has a package for us. And 2nd of all we never had any packages going missing or being stolen from us. After a week when my package went missing I had another package shipped from the same location as my previous one was ,and this time the driver he did pushed the buzzer and was able to go outside and take over the package. So that's why things seems unclearly fishy to me that the first package coincidentally went missing, but the send one I did received it. FedEx doesn't give a crap about it to solve the solution no matter how many times I already called them to check in case they found my package. They just closed my case as they don't have to deal with it. Of course that way its easy to solve a problem for them, because none of their employees belonging went missing because its mine. here could be only two things one the driver stole my package, or he delivered to the wrong address somewhere and with his little weak brain cant remember to which address he did and that's why its better to lie. Because 1000% he never delivered to or address otherwise I would have the un replecable package in my hand now. SHAME ON YOU SHAME ON YOU FEDEX handling things unprofessionally and not getting on the bottom of the customers needs!!!!!!!!!!!! to find the package.
