It's a hit or miss if your coffee will be right. Ordering ahead, requiring no cream, being in a hurry and it looks like a cup full of cream half the time. Half the time the mini bagels are cold or hard.

The owners wife is very rude. She hates waiting and will say negative things. I was going twice a day for over 20 yrs and because of her I will make my own coffee from now on.

Terrible customer service. Hindu lady "Meena" is very rude and ignorant. This location lost so many customers because of Meena, but UNFORTUNATELY her job is secured because of her relationship with manager Vassu, Corporate needs to look into this! I will Not go back to that location

Wendy & Maria have to go. Terrible attitude and started to argue with me about how many orders they have. They have people in line and they’re processing mobile orders instead of just clearing out the line. I worked Dunkin part time barista up to full time management. Not ONCE did I talk to a customer like that. Maria said to me “if you don’t like the service, there’s many Dunkin’s around, go somewhere else!”. When in confronted Wendy about making the couple in front of me wait for too long, she said “they said they needed a minute”. I was already in line for 5+min and the couple said they had been waiting for much longer than that (all while she processed mobile orders). If you hate your job this much, then it’s time to reevaluate and work in a different field where you won’t interact with people that or connect with your leader to improve. I’m familiar with the Dunkin Brand protocols and this is not it. I’ve ran around and sweated from the moment I clock in to the moment I clock out. Did the 4am to 4pm shifts. I CHOSE to be in that position and dealt with it. You need a better staff and better leadership for this location. There was not even a manager in sight. No store manager should take the day after Christmas off knowing it ALWAYS gets this busy year over year - that NEVER changes. Drive-thru POS/Coffee (1), sandwich station (1), walk-in POS/baskin & mobile orders (2-3). I’ve seen the morning staff at this location before. You definitely have the headcount accomplish that coverage.

The worst customer service staff. I live in the area for over 5 years and I don’t think I’ve came across one single employee that wasn’t rude, have attitude or miserable while on the job.

Employees and managers refused to give service to a black friend of mine on Friday the 29th of September around 11 am. They said they were busy while 2 employees just stood there and didn't give service.I would not recommend going to this Dunkin or any Dunkin donuts that shows prejudice towards anyone.
