Our mover, Carlos, was by far the best. He arrived on time or was early for both the pickup and the delivery 📦 of our household goods. His excellent service included assistance in packing and loading. Delivery was great because nothing was broken during the move and they set the furniture exactly where my wife wanted.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Everything was explained thoroughly. The loaders and unloaders were careful and respectful. The driver (Jimmy; very nice gentleman) was on time, and communicated everything in detail. I would recommend them to anyone!

Very expensive for relocating a one bedroom apartment ($3500). Delivery took the longest possible, contracted date (two weeks). Driver was exceptional; but, will never use, recommend or suggest this company for a move again.

My experience with North American Van Lines was great. Everyone was aware I was very nervous making this cross country move by myself (as a senior citizen also). From Larry the estimator to Sara the coordinator to Moses the driver, they worked as a team to get my furniture packed and moved. The loading and unloading went seamlessly. My load arrived on time and with no damage. My sincere thanks to all of you!!!!

I want to express our appreciation on the quality of support both Krystle and Gail provided during our move.
At the beginning of our move, Gail made sure to communicate her contact information and the moving process to us. This made it very easy for us to contact Gail and schedule the movers to pack our things in Texas and ship to Illinois. Once we purchased a home, I knew to give Gail a weeks notice to schedule delivery of our things. With out skipping a beat our belongings were delivered and our new home was no longer empty.
Once we had finished unpacking, Gail informed Krystle that we were ready to have the boxes and packing materials picked up. Surprisingly the next day Krystle had all debris removed from our home. Days later my wife and I had realized that we had miss placed some check books in one of the boxes picked up. We were very upset with our selves. We never thought they could be found. But once we had contacted Krystle with the bad news, Krystle reacted immediately. The checks were found and Krystle had them sent to our home so fast we could not believe it. Thank You So Much Gail & Krystle!

I wanted to give a big THANK YOU to Chicago Mobility and North American Van Lines for making our move stress free from Chicago to St. Cloud, Florida. My husband and I were very impressed with the care and professionalism of everyone working at this company. We also had to store our things with Chicago Mobility for two months as our home in Florida was not ready to move in. We were very skeptical about any moving company getting our possessions to Florida safely. The staff at Chicago Movility were always available to answere our questions and concerns. The movers showed up on time at our Chicago address. These guys worked as a team tagging all boxes, furniture and loose items. All furniture was wrapped in plastic and blankets, We aslo have a piano I was uptight about moving and storing. Chicago Mobility ensured us that our things would be stored in a secure climate controled facility. When we were ready to receive our things in St. Cloud, Florida, Chicago Mobility/North American arrived as scheduled at our new address. We were so impressed with the care Frank and his crew provided. They covered all of our floors with protective runners, and covered our stair railings with blankets. They put back together all furniture that the Chicago staff dismantled. They were in constant communication with us making sure boxes and furnishings were placed where we wanted them. They were pleasant, and very professional. I just finished unpacking all of my kitchen items and not a single piece of glassware was broken! Thank you Chicago Mobility and North American Van Lines. These guys are great. If you're looking to move, these guys do a terrific job. The staff is extremely friendly and professional...from the receptionist to the sales manager. I'm very happy with their services and I would be happy to recommend it to anyone!
