I needed a banker and Mario didn't want to work as the banker and sent me off into line. Then a person banker from back went to help someone who walked in behind me after i told them I need help. Go to a different branch please
Went to boa and the banker walked up to help me. Wow what a difference.

Set up an appt on line. I got there 5 min before my appointment. Olga my banker wasn't even signed on and ready to help me. I didn't get a pre call to remind me of my appt or to provide me the necessary items needed to open a minor act. The manager came out just to tell me I needed to go home and bring back the necessary docs and set up another appt. Then I get s text msg saying sorry you missed your appt. I Went to PNC Bank, opened up my daughters acct with no problem. The feeling inside this bank is very dull and outdated.

This bank is useless, they do not change the check quickly, the service is good but the service is very bad, it takes many days to change a check, what bank in America does it quickly, not good, ugly bank

Olga was an absolute pleasure to consult with, she ensured everything was understood and cleared up. She made my account set up process easy and quick. I've not much to say of the rest of the team as I didn't meet them but my first impression was great and I would recommend this Chase establishment.

Worst bank ever! I try to avoid this bank at all times even tho I live in the area. I go to Norridge. I wanted to make an appointment to open up my son’s teen account and the guy told me to do it online. Now I’m on line and it says to open up at the nearest branch. Ugh. So unprofessional and lazy.

this location answers their phone calls 0% of the time. don't bother calling to try and set a branch meeting. seems as though chase doesn't like to earn new business and is willing to let go of existing customers instead of fixing their problem. after 20yrs, i'm just realizing how awful the branch part of their business is. time to find another bank to do business with.

This bank is completely misleading. I been here over an hour patiently waiting for help. I am currently working with Angel he said he would be with me shortly but instead made me wait even longer because someone after me walked in with an "appointment". He mentioned the appointment was quick! An hour plus and he does not have the courtesy to let me know how much longer as I sit in his office waisting my time! Completely unorganized and unprofessional!
