The first time I went I had results in under an hour. The second time 3/2 I am still waiting for the results and it has been over 24 hours. I would give them one star for that, but the staff was very friendly.

This group is being investigated nationwide for a testing scam. It is not, as another reviewer posted, a MAGA funded or affiliated group. Their funding is under investigation and is likely the government itself. Please look elsewhere for Covid testing because they cannot be trusted.

Bare bones operation. It's obvious they think the whole world has a smart phone with a QRC reader as registration must be done online as you walk in with "no one" greeting or giving instructions. Just a small sign on a podium. Saw on news today they are not illinois certified. Multiple complaints at other locations. They had me swab my own nose, which I prefer, but that tells me they were not qualified medical personnel. Received BS response from owner five days later. I will now reduce my review from 2 to 1 stars and add the so called technician had several boxes of gloves in front of her as I noticed the gloves she was wearing were visibly dirty on the finger tips. Probably hadn't changed them for hours.

Horrible customer service! One of the employees was talking on the phone about the appointment for her mom. The other girl dressed in black was soo meann and she kept yelling at us. Never coming here again since there are tonsssss of places open to get tested.

We went to this testing site on 12/29 and the line was ridiculously long, as expected but we got there early at 7am. The employees arrived and were not wearing masks for at least the first 5 minutes they were in the location. I received my rapid test result but still have not received my PCR test result , my boyfriend has not received his either. My mother who was tested at the same time got hers. This is ridiculous, I understand they are busy but its been over a week. The PCR result at this point is moot but definitely next time i wont be going back to this place again. Also if you go here you'll probably infect a ton of people before you even find out you are positive.

This is a MAGA company that is scamming people by acting like they are testing them for covid. They don't actually do real testing. They just tell everyone that they are negative. People are going to die due to these criminals. The are trying to help spread the virus as much as possible. Arrest them.

Rapid tests were said to come in 30 min to 1 hr, it has been 36 hours and there’s no way to contact for results. No response to emails. This was after waiting in a congested line in the cold for 1.5 hrs.

Scary, if I did not have COVID before I went in I am sure I do now. Very disorganized, did not clean stations between clients. Stated my results in less than a minute, when all the sites state antigen tests take 15. They also offered a PCR. I felt as if this was a clearing house for those that need a negative test. Improper administration, and a way to get personal data. UPDATE. The company is now under investigation
