“The Truck Shop went above and beyond to resolve problems related to the LEER truck topper that was purchased and installed by the same. Initially, I was thrilled with my new purchase; however, after a few months, I noticed that my new LEER top was leaking and I brought it back in for service. I had bought a brake kit and it came defective, not only did he have it in store within two days, but he held it because I hadn't gotten around to installing it. The return process was easy and straightforward with Chris, all while he juggled an entire line of customers that came in. Replacement kit was installed with no further issues. This store is not nearby or convenient for me, but I'll go back just for that exceptional customer service.”
