Employees laying on the couches watching movies. Didn’t even attempt to get up when customers enter the store. I’m sure that employee will expect a raise…..
The employee that was up, greeted customers and took care of them. Other guy there to collect a pay check.

What we hoped would be a smooth and seamless process to switch carriers after doing the research online ahead of time has turned into a nightmare due to the sales representatives misunderstanding of their own products and devices promotions. Who knew it would be better to do it yourself online vs going in and talking to an actual human being at the store. I tried to explain several times it was being done incorrectly for the promotion to be applied, but they told me I was mistaken. We tried to back out of the deal completely, but we were signed up for one phone at that point. We were told we would have to take one of the new phones with us and we now have two different carriers with two contracts. While everyone was nice in the store that we spoke to, they unfortunately do not know what they are talking about or the products they are selling.
We have been bounced around to different individuals on hold with the customer service department for over 3 hours at this point, however all 3 people we have talked to so far have stated the store set it up incorrectly and they cannot fix it on their end without going through multiple levels of supervisors. This error that could have been avoided will cost us $600 on trading in a device if it isn't rectified. We are ready to completely cancel and stick with our previous provider if this is what service will look like.

I went into the store to ask about service. The gentleman did not know what he was doing. Next thing, I know he changed what I wanted and signed me up for something else! I didn't complete the process because it was so aggravating and not what I wanted! I will go to a different store branch, hopefully with a better experience.

I brought a backup battery and modem to the store which I just purchased but decided not to keep sealed untouched,they said I had to contact customer service they gave me a number. I called customer service. They said the store should have accepted my return now I have to go to another store to return items.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, NANCY THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. ROLLS HER EYES AND SIGHS AT YOUR ISSUES, TRYS TO SELL YOU ON UPGRADES AND WHEN YOU NEED ASSISTANCE TELLS YOU SHE CANNOT HELP. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS LOCATION AND ESPECIALLY WHEN DEALING WITH NANCY. BUYER BEWARE

What ever you do don't have Lanyea take care of you. This girl told me that I couldn't move my Sim card to a new phone because they don't do that anymore and I had lost everything unless I could get my dead phone to turn on. She asked if I plug in my phone all night long and another employee tried to tell me my battery probably blew up which I knew neither was true or done. Lanyea pointed me to the phones and never left from behind the counter. She had a attitude the whole time like I was bothering her and she made a $800 sale for doing nothing. She had a issue with getting the phone activated and was shopping on her phone while on the phone with support right in front of me. After about a hour of waiting for her to get through to support ( which she would roll her eyes ) and repeat to them that she was trying to activate a phone. Eventually she claimed the phone was activated but then informs that I have to buy a block to charge my new phone and that's another $21. I showed her my old block and cord and she said it wouldn't work so I bought it. I leave and go to a I fix it place and they say my old phone probably has a bad battery but he would need to order it. I went to Best Buy Geek squad and they say the phone is dead. I go to another I fix it and he puts a new battery in it and can only get the phone to turn on and crash. He shows me my battery and a new one and they are exactly the same with no damage like I was told by a employee at Xfinity. He moves the Sim card to the new phone and confirms that it is not activated. I go back to Xfinity in Frankort and unfortunately get Lanyea again and I tell her the phone isn't activated. She argues with me that she did a trial call and that the guy who put the Sim card in deactivated the phone. I told her she never activated it and that's not true. This chick has no clue what she is doing and should be fired. I returned the block because my old cord fits in the new phone like I was told it wouldn't.

Absolutely, the worst experience of my life in my home town. Leyane stated, she was going to smack me in the face with her work tablet !! Euridaice stated, I needed to grow up. Also, she mentioned I was a white women. The two women were speaking of gang shooting the whole time I was in the store. They were very condisending and loud. Very combative, confrontational with no customer service what so ever. Alex, the manager was making rude fun of employees and complaining about how long travel time was to work. Don't send your family members there alone. I reported this to police, cfb, and bbb.

We went in to ask questions about our bill the employee never got off the sofa. Customers kept coming in and she entertained her friends before the customers. The guy by the computer was nice but the 2 female employees were rude and unprofessional and rather sit and talk to a group of friends about talk about where to go eat after work. Worse customer service
