This isn't the first time I've had issues with this pharmacy. My husband has brain cancer and clearly there isn't a compassionate individual in the building. Sha-lee- duh (spelled phonetically) was rude, impatient and refused to call the insurance for an override on an acid reflux medication. It is sickening that these people are healthcare providers because they clearly have no clue as to what they are doing. I hate that my insurance makes me go to Walgreens. They are incompetent and irresponsible.

The Walgreens at Lagrange and Route 30 in Frankfort Il is the best. Camille the pharmacist goes above and beyond for her customers! She listens...and is very kind.

Was going to give them a 2 star but I hate setting people's expectations to high.My doctor has to call in 3-4 times then I might get them. You know medication that isn't that important only heart meds.They have an excuse for everything, and want to blame your doctor very quickly. They act arrogant and like they are doing you a favor to get your over priced meds.

I wish there was a negative star rating. Don't bother calling this place it's a waste of time. After 3 minutes of computerized happy talk, the phone starts to ring, theoretically in the pharmacy. After three more minutes of ringing the Call is disconnected. Walgreens service indeed. After four more attempts( I don't give up easily ) you may finally get through only for someone to give you a snotty excuse about how they are short staffed. Ok. I'm taking my business to a place where there are people who can help me.

I gave this one star because I signed up for a rapid PCR which is one of the options when setting an appointment. I was told after test that I would receive results in 3 days which doesn't do me any good since I'm flying out Thursday morning for a family wedding. Tech told me they do NOT do rapid PCR here. I was given the regular PCR. The last one I took around Thanksgiving was at a Mokena facility on 187th and it took 9 days for results at that facility . No wonder this variant is exploding...Also the woman behind me in line kept honking her horn for me to move on while I waited for the tech, She was obviously in line to pick up a script so they need to make it clear to all that go through drive through, that there might be a wait due to testing. Obviously the woman behind me missed the sign that said drive through testing.

I tried calling to verify my Covid booster shot and was unable to do so. I waiting 25 mins on the phone and they hung up on me. I was calling to see if I could come early and if I needed anything. Figured the shot must be similar to the test where you need to book online, but can come at anytime that is not the case. Wish I would have known that or someone would have answered the phone before a took the half an hour drive out there to be told to come back in an hour. They are busy and need more staff. Would pick a different pharmacy to go to if you can.

I went to the pharmacy tonight and Isabel was so unbelievably unprofessional. It took 4 hours to fill a prescription for a sick child after I was told it would be one hour. She proceeded to cross her arms, roll her eyes and pout like a toddler. She is definitely not in the right profession. There is a serious disconnect between patient care and her attitude.

This Walgreens Pharmacy is always slow and never has their act together. They don't update records or keep current insurance information on file. I've had the same insurance for years...and ask them to update, and they never do. I'm switching to CVS.
