The Frankfort UPS store is so accommodating time efficient and give the best customer service! They listen and are very very helpful. Zack and Jack are great! I have changed from the post office because of their quick delivery and fantastic service!

Staff here is helpful, I always have a good experience here. But this store randomly decided to change its hours to close earlier than all the other stores. Not sure why they would do this, a bit annoying to show up to a closed store after racing to get there before they closed.

I had a difficult printing job to do. Dylan was very helpful and had many great ideas to try to accomplish my task. Dawal was also helpful, even though I ended up not having enough time to be able to print my project. I would highly recommend this UPS store because they were very patient and came up with many ideas that I never would have thought of.

This store is one of the best I’ve been to, including post offices! The staff is so attentive and helpful. Zach Z in particular was fantastic in helping me with all of my needs. I recommend this store to anyone in the area.

I dont have to use UPS often. But on this occasion I was very happy with the how easy it was. We are all so busy everyday but it was great to know that I could pop in and Travelle was there to help me. Great customer service, and will gladly return with any future UPS needs.

WOW.. the best customer service I've ever experienced at a UPS store. The young man, I believe his name was Zack, greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked if I needed any help. He then helped me tape my package and assured me it will get delivered to where it needed to go. I've had bad experiences at many other UPS stores, but this one is by far the best!
