brought my RV in for repairs to which Josh said would take 3 days. 15 days later they could not get to it. totally different then what I was told by Josh when I brought it in. my guess is he's the son of the owner and daddy protects his mediocre mechanic son. the guy should be barred from answering the phone, worst customer service I have had in 45 years. I would not recommend Timberview Rv in Frankfort Illinois to work on a golf cart.

I love this place. Don is a man of his word and always a joy to speak to. A well secured indoor storage for my boat is the reason why my boat is still in great condition.

Came by after calling ahead to view a certain model and was told ok. So after an hour plus drive and arriving at the place they didnt allow us to view model, saying boss doesnt want to show it to us. We were told ahead the model was sold but still ok to view it. They denied us once we got there. One would believe you would want to earn future business but I guess not. Stay away.

Terrible service and terrible employees. Called ahead of time looking at a certain rv and they said it was sold but we can look at it anyway . Drove over a hour or more to view it and once we said we were not going to buy from them the employee refused to show us because we were not purchasing it from them how can a company refuse to show something all because we were not going to buy it from them. Would never refer this place to anyone terrible company and rude employees. Buyer beware and find another rv place because this one it no good and people are very rude. I would not give them any stars but I had no choice in order to write this review. BEWARE

We decided to purchase our first RV this year. I did a lot of online research before I found a camper I wanted to see. it was located at Timber RV in Frankfurt. When we first arrived we met with Laura. She seemed knowledgeable and helpful. I put a deposit on a camper that I thought would fit my family. After thinking about it I went back and looked at more travel trailers to make sure we were getting the right one for our family. I did change my mind a few times and what we wanted. I was met with a very angry phone call from Laura yelling at me telling me that I must not be ready to purchase because I changed my mind. I don't know anyone who walks in anywhere and makes a major purchase on the first item they see. Most people look at more than one before making a final decision. So unprofessional and shows no class. We finally bought one and had it delivered. We were given a quick rundown. No manual was given. So we were truly on our own. The second time we used the camper the electric went out and a slide broke. It was fixed. The electric system had to be redone. However the third time we used it there was water because the faucet was a piece of junk. I called several times and waited 4 weeks. I finally used my own money to buy a new one. A salesman came and repaired it. I was told the owner returned my faucet and collected the money. I got nothing from them. If you're interested in buying a camper go someplace else or buy used.

Please beware of this place, if you go on there facebook page or there site you can't make comments.( I wonder why ) once they get your $ they don't care about you. I bought a 2021 cedar creek and it is garbage, the pantry is falling apart, the wall paper is not on correctly, the awning is bent and won't stay tight, there was a nail under the bed and when the slide came out it scratched the floor, this is all on our first time out . remember picked it up brand new. please check over your camper if you do go here but trust me I wouldn't. They don't even deserve the 1 star

Very refreshing to have Tmber View RV in the Frankfort community. My family and I have resided in Frankfort for 21 years. I love the town and the community, that's why my family and I decide to stay here. We're grateful for what Frankfort has provided. I've seen many new businesses, over the years, in Frankfort come in and begin to thrive. Timber View RV is one of those significant businesses that has struck me as a top contender in service, supply, and courtesy! While still keeping with the "small town charm" , they've seemed to manage top class service and selection at an attractive price! Im so glad to have stopped in one day recently. Upon my first visit I was treated like a friend, not too common in today's style of retail and sales. Special Thanks to Laura for her warm reception, and the woman at the retail sales dept for her knowledge of all of their trailer supply parts in the showroom. I'll be back and recommend Timber View RV to my closest of friends and loved ones. Thanks Timber View RV, Bill B.
