Omg this is the worst place ever to buy a used car. Zain is a liar and a fraud! Do not waste your money here. I know you want this car your heart is set on it but please listen you will regret it and be out of so much money trying to get the lemon to run right. Please don't buy a car from Steerz in Frankfort IL. On Lincoln hwy. Keep looking elsewhere. Zain is a liar and an infidel. There are so many other places selling cars.

I made the mistake of buying a car here. I soon started having all sorts of problems 6 days after the purchase. They will not pay for the $4090 worth of work the car needs to function. If u need a used car buy it from a reputable dealer. The dealer certifies the cars and will make needed repairs. It is worth the little extra they charge for the cars. Stay away from these crooked no name shister lots. Please don't get scammed like me. Steerz in Frankfort will be sued by my attorney.

I purchased a car in November 2023. I paid cash for it. I have yet to get the title for this car. I've spoken to Zain about 4 times and I am being told they have to send a form to the State of Illinois. I went to the DMV and there is no information on this vehicle. I reached out to Zain again today and I'm still waiting on a resolution. I have not felt comfortable driving this car, which I bought to take my handicapped sister to her doctor appointments. Buyers beware!

Came here looking for a good daily car on a budget and one of the employees named Zain helped me find a good car that fit my needs and he was super helpful and patient with me. Ended up buying a sedan from their dealer and I love it! Definitely recommend you check them out!!

Most of us get sold a lemon at some point. I really couldn't afford this one.
I bought a Kia Rio that sounded like it was struggling to accelerate during the test drive. I didn't hear anything crazy, though, and no check engine light was on, so I was assured it is a smaller engine, and that this model of car does tend to be louder. I would have bought it with less worry if the car had passed an inspection. Now I know, that was the transmission slipping. I take the L for not knowing how to diagnose that. I barely drove it 1000 miles and the engine and steering seized up in the middle of the road. Thankfully, no one hit me before I got it off the road to tow. Now I get to sell it for parts.

Bought a car from the place sometime around January 18th or so, and it's pretty much had nothing but problems for me so far, which is frustrating because I've been without a car for around a year and now I have to deal with this. I feel like the cars aren't looked at or maintained while they sit in the lot because I just had to spend $1700 just to have the calipers/brake pads replaced and new tie rods put in. Even with those repairs, it's still having issues. Car seemed fine when I drove it off the lot, but started to give me issues a day later. The guy seems nice enough, but I now have a car that costed me $6500 and has way too many issues. I would not recommend this place.

My husband and I came here three times. Each time they were respectful not pushy. Good selection of cars and ZAIN was awesome!! I got my Cadillac and I’m happy with my purchase!! We will be returning soon, for two more. I highly suggest if your looking for good transportation with an easy no hassle experience with nice quality cars, to check them out

Most of these reviews show Zain was great during the sale. That I agree with, he was. Why wouldn't a salesperson be pleasant during a sale. What came after for us is an ongoing nightmare. He sold us a total lemon and has called us stupid. We suspected brake problems during the test drive, but he had his buddy mechanic next door do an inspection before we bought it. We were told it's a good car. We were still concerned, so Zain gives us a 3 month warranty to reassure us and we purchase the vehicle.
We ended up having to take it in almost immediately to get the brake problem fixed. Zain suggests another mechanic friend who will take care of us and do the repairs. The mechanic guessed at how to fix it, didn't in fact fix it but still took our deductible. Then took it to 2 other mechanics, they both looked at the car but refused to repair it after the first guy. Never heard of such a thing. We had no choice but to go to the dealer. $1k later, brake problems are fixed. My husband talks to Zain about the problems and he called us stupid for going to the dealer (although we had no other choice) and refused to help with any of the cost. He even lied and said he offered to make the repairs before selling. This never happened. The problems did not end there. Only 45 days in the check engine light goes on, suddenly has several oil leaks and needs a new valve that has to do with the emissions. Not covered by the warranty of course. We've spent over $3k on repairs and it hasn't even been 2 months since owning it. Very disappointed.
