We were waiting in line for 5 minutes before leaving. There was multiple workers and no one cared enough to check me out. There was a woman also standing behind me waiting and no one came over to help. I would never come here again and will tell everyone else to go to another store. The workers simply act like they do not care about the store, very sad.

I honestly don't really come across the need for Staples, but the staff here and kind and courteous. My favorite part about this Staples location is that it doesn't seem like barely anyone knows about it. I'm loving that its my best kept secret that Amazon returns are way faster at this location then any other store or location. Never an issue with my way to often Amazon returns.

It’s not as bad as that question; What time is the midnight buffet on a cruise?
If the Staple store in Frankfort, IL closes at 8pm, what time can you get Services up to?
8pm? Wrong! The answer is 740-745pm
I went to use the laminator and was told it wasn’t up to temperature because they had turned it off already because they were getting ready to close. Well, then say on your Google information for the store that the store doesn’t close at 8pm, it closes at 7:40pm or 745pm, because when you go in there to use the laminator that you can’t use, it might as well have been closed. The clerk did offer to take it, and do it in the morning when they opened at 9am and call me, but I needed it for 730am meeting
So why are so many Staples stores closing nationwide? Is it because of the customer service; or lack thereof!

This location has the best print service department. We created Christmas cards on their website, and Serenity helped us to select the appropriate format and template over the phone. She then assisted us in creating and printing our return address labels. Serenity was very accommodating and patient with us as we worked on our project. We highly recommend this Staples location, and specifically, Serenity when in need of printing services.

Staples in Frankfort. Alex was helpful at the register and called a Manager for me when I needed a specific item yesterday that I could not find on the store shelves. John came up and when I explained my situation took the time and attention to go in back and find just what I needed and even brought me a few choices. It is customer service like this that will keep me a loyal customer ... especially in today's climate when doing your best to take care of a customer seems to be lacking in so many fields. Thank-you again John !!!

Went to mail a UPS package and they refused because they were short staffed and to backed up. The employee that told us that, was sitting at a desk all by herself scrolling on her cell phone.

Looks like any other staples, and the workers are very nice. I was greeted coming in the store and I was offered assistance to look for something if needed. I used the UPS drop off point and it was a simple interaction. Great store, great employees and good customer service.

What a awful experience I had over the phone with vour employee Dásha, she was rude & sounded annoyed and hung up on me twice. I won't visit this store again and I recommend you retrain your employees on their customer service.

I give 5 stars on customer service to printing department, specifically to Dasia H. My boyfriend & I were printing baby shower invites from a purchased template off of ETSY. We were having problems with the template & we were not happy with how the invites were coming out. Dasia not only suggested how to fix the problem but also gave brilliant assistance in Re-creating the invitations so this hormonal, first-time-mama would be satisfied with the invitations. The entire process of obtaining the invitations spanned out over 2 work days for Dasia, and she remained invested & helpful in getting the invites just perfect. We finally left with a pile of beautiful baby shower invitations at an amazing budget friendly price and I am happier than any customer could be. Dasia needs a raise and a longer break. Good luck on your daughter Dasia and thank you so much for your assistance with our son's shower.

Terrible customer service. Insists on charging a set up fee of 19.98 for a clearance chair, not available in the box and assembled and used as a floor model!Won’t be back to this store!
