Several months ago I went to Shockwave to have Lambo door hinges installed on my 2024’ Corvette. The job went very smoothly. Tony showed me another car and asked if I would like Led lights installed on the doors for added lighting and special effects.
So we went all in and the car looks great. Today three months later I was having issues with the doors not closing smoothly. I left a message and 10 minutes later received a reply to stop in anytime before closing.
I showed up later during my lunch break and theirs. The technician immediately stopped his current project and readjusted my doors. 15 minutes later I was back on the road. It would have been faster if I stopped asking questions.

Wose job done. They cut the support beams to the dash. Left exposed wires and made my car unsafe to drive I haven't been able to use my car since they touched it. I was quoted one price before the work and was give a extra 300 price after the work. The owner Doesn't want to make it right. Rude man

TERRIBLE PLACE! VERY DISORGANIZED! Tech always has excuses on his job. I tried taking my car for HID lighting installation on my vehicle for 3 months. I keep es getting pushed back on understaff, call ins, no time, has car shows, no room in the shop and forgot about my appointment due to not putting me down on his calendar.
As for the shop is it incredibly disorganized inside. You walk in it looks like a junk yard. Parts thrown everywhere with no order, garbage everywhere, and tech/mechanic always seems lost in his own workshop.
I highly don’t recommend coming here for any work.

The perfect place to get a stereo for your car! Told them what I wanted my stereo to sound like and came back 2 hours later to exactly what I asked for. Actually even better than I was expecting! I won’t go anywhere else!

Stay away from this place and run as fast as you can!!! Took my car here for them to install a new Apple car radio. Told me it would take a few hours and they ended up having it 4 days. The technician had no clue what he was doing and did a very sloppy job. They kept saying they were calling Kenwood support when in reality I think he was calling his buddy for advice because he could not figure out one thing he was doing. They gave me the wrong backup camera for my car when in reality it was a front end camera, super glued the wrong camera on the bumper, which would've immediately fallen off once I went through a car wash, cut wires they weren't supposed too, and did a horrible install job leaving wires behind the radio tangled up and thrown back into the dash. In the end, I just wanted to get my car back and get it out of there and I ended up bringing it to a reputable shop in Downers Grove and paid an extra $600 for them to correct their mistakes. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I was told a price on the phone and then when I brought my car in the asked me is the price ok? So i figured it was the price over the phone no it was double and I had to pay it I will never ever tell anyone to go to this place ever!!!!

thank you, @Tom U & @ VaShawn Spencer, I'm glad that I am searching and skimming thru the reviews of this business. i've pass this place multiple times and was interested in visiting it and see what they are about but afterseeing & reading both of your reviews, i'm going to say that I am not going to seek out their services and find another place or just try to learn to do it myself without killing myself!

Anthony and the guys really did my Jeep Justice! Completely revamped my audio system and now it sounds more like a luxury suv and I couldn’t be happier. As a side note I had no clue they did way more than just audio. I’m going to get lighting and some more accessories put on in the very near future.
