All Three Of The Registrations Stations Are Rude & Ignored The Line That Was At The Door. Didn’t Make Any Notice To Patients At The Door. Everyone Was On A Long Call. I Even Approached Registration Desk #3 To Ask For Assistance & Her Response Was “I’m On A Call” & To Me That Was Rude & Very Dismissive. A Kindly “I’ll Be Right With You” “ Give Me Just A Few Minutes” But Nothing. Never Experienced This At Any Other Riverside Location.

Newer to Riverside- best practice I had ever been to. Cozy, uncrowded lobby, good doctors, easy to get appointments. Fast turn around for laboratory.

I’ve been coming here for sometime and I am very pleased. I recently had to switch from Dr. Alam to Dr.Matthew and I am very pleased. Dr. Matthew has impeccable bedside manner and she listens to your concerns. She genuinely cares about your entire well being and that care and compassion goes such a long way. I am so happy I can call her my doctor. 5 stars across the board!

the doctors here are great however the elderly receptionist is rude. which really is a shame because she sets the tone for the facility. minus one star because of her.

The first time I visited, I saw a doctor that took my insurance. When I went again, they said my doctor wasnt available anymore, but so i provided my health insurance again so that they could provide me a doctor that was elgible with my insurance. I gave them my insurance and everything but they failed to tell me that the doctor didnt take my insurance. I went for a referral, and didnt even get a check up, and they charged me $187.

Very nice and clean facility. I hope it stays that way. Easy to get appointments here, but hard to get them at the other locations.

The doctor was competent but the office staff are not responsive to patient concerns. A Lynn answering the phone was very curt and rude.I had to call the supervisor to be put thru to the doctor because the staff failed to respond to my request
